Mongolian Pine(Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica Litv.)is main afforest species in the northeastern China.Due to its adaptability,resistant on drought and barren and the character of fast growing and wide distribution,It was very important for the ecological construction and timber plantation base.Establishing advanced generation seed orchard is not only a main method for tree improvement,but also the strategic mission of sustainable development for Mongolian pine plant region.The research was base on the Linko county of Heilongjiang province first generation Mongolian pine clonal seed orchard.Seeding come from local seed orchard and seed stand.Seed was sowed in 1979 and seeding was planted in 1981.The material of seed orchard establishment was mainly come from two sects,one was plus tree in superior family from the family test forest,the other was seed from plus tree in provenance trial forest.First generation seed orchard genetic gain test was compared the seed from the seed orchard and four seed stand of Honghuaerji,Jinshan,Kalunshan and Yina,these four stand was selected through the provenance trial.The family test was 49 families,the test divided five relatively independent trial.Each trail was completely random block design.Every trial has four blocks.The traits of these trials,such on growth and stem form were survey in November 2015.According the traits of growth traits,such on height,diameter on breast height(DBH)and Volume,use tree improvement theory and quantitative genetics to do progeny test and analyze the genetics parameters.The results show that genetics quality of seed from first generation was superior than these four fine provenances.Compared with Kalunshan provenance,which was best provenance of these four provenances,the genetic gain of Height,DBH and volume were 6.45,2.33 and 27.17.Through analyze the data of progeny test,four superior family was selected in 10%selection intensity and 5 plus tree also selected in each family;another three families was also selected in 20%selection intensity,four plus tree were selected on four superior families and three plus tree selected on another four families.These selected plus tree could use to establish second generation seed orchard.These thesis use modern tree improvement theory and technology,combined with its typical characters and utility of Mongolian pine,explore the key technique of establishing the advanced generation seed orchard for improving comprehensive economic traits.Through progeny test,get the genetic parameters of these traits and selected the superior families to establish 1.5 generation seed orchard;the plus tree also was selected from these superior families to establish the second generation seed orchard,these orchard could give superior seed for afforestation.
