Yibin is an urban area with a rather wide distribution of red bed in the southern margin of the Sichuan Basin.Currently speaking,there are few domestic related researches and theoretical results on the red-bed erosion areas in the basin.Yibin is a city that developed earliest in the upper reaches of the Yangtze Rive and has the longest history.which has given rise to a wide ecological situation in terms of soil erosion,excessive agricultural cultivation,private exploitation of industrial and mining land,and the arbitrarily expanded construction land area in the course of development of human civilization.As a result,the vegetation coverage of Yibin decreased,soil erosion worsened,and the ecological environment deteriorated increasingly.In 1994,Cui Ping district was listed as a key governance area on the lower reaches of the Jinsha River.In this article,it took advantage of the GIS remote sensing to analyze the land use status and the cause of soil erosion located in the study area.By means of the comparison of a series of experimental data of a new type of soil improver,it's analyzed and obtained the optimal solid solution matching.The objective of the study is mainly to obtain the stable red-bed sloping field in terms of analysis and experimentation and to explore the field application effect that soil develops the solution for protecting sloping land in the study area.It's showed based on the remote sensing analysis that the proportion of cultivated land in the land use was 30.21% in the study area,and 26.23% in the forest land,which was slightly lower than that in the cultivated land.The sloping cultivated land(the sloping degree is above 25°)that it's not allowed to use in the countryy is still being used for reclamation.Soil erosion in the study area is mainly due to natural causes and the expansion of use of agriculture by human beings,industrial exploitation and urban construction.It's performed a series of experiments to test the properties and strength of the red soil in the study area.It's observed under electron microscope that the internal microstructure of the dry reinforced red soil sample after M-CMC solution addition produced more agglomerates and weaves;The water stability experiment shows that with the increase of reinforcement solution,soil agglomeration effect shows better effect,and 24% of solution content is the best;permeability experiment shows that the permeability coefficient of soil is greatly decreased with the increase of the M-CMC solution content,when the solution content reaches 24%,the permeability of the soil is optimal;the shear strength experiment shows that in the course of the addition of content from 0% to 24%,the change of the friction angle ? increases sharply with the increase of the M-CMC solution content and it's up to a final stability of 46°.The cohesive force C of soil sample increases gradually with the increase of the content,and the cohesive force C is optimal when the solution content is 24%.All the experiments showed that the properties and strength of red soil has significantly enhanced after red soil samples mixed with MCMC solution.The soil erosion governance and protective development research on the red-bed slope in Yibin is a major measure for ecological environmental protection.To study the physical characteristics,strengths,and protective development measures of red soil samples in Yibin sloping field,and to establish effective governance modes for different types of soil erosion in the red beds,and to guide the reform of agricultural structure,optimize the layout,and governance measure of ecological restoration,it's of great significant to comprehensively management of the ecological environment in the red bed areas and the sustainable development of the national economy.The research results can also provide certain reference for the slope treatment of the red soil hilly landforms,provide theoretical support for the protection of the ecological environment and the construction of ecological barriers in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River,in addition,it can also make positive contributions to the sustainable development of the social economy in the western region of China.
