In this experiment,50-hole seedlings were used to grow seedlings.By adding different proportions of N,P,and K fertilizers to the substrate, the growth of cucumber plants was observed, and the morphology, physiological characteristics, physicochemical properties of the substrates, nutrient content of the plants, and cucumber seedlings were determined. The quality measurement and analysis explored the effects of different fertilizer treatments on cucumber seedlings growth,in order to find suitable fertilizer treatment for cucumber plant growth, and provided a theoretical basis for industrialized cucumber seedling raising.1.The application of slow-release fertilizer is conducive to the establishment of cucumber plant morphological indexes.Among them, the maximum plant height, stem diameter, dry weight above ground, dry weight below ground, and strong seedling index all appear in treatment 8(N 2 100 g/m3 P2O5 900 g/m3 K2 O 280 g/m3).The nitrogen content of this treatment is relatively high, indicating that when the nitrogen fertilizer application rate is 2100 g/m3,the cucumber plants perform well in various morphological indexes, and the root/shoot ratio is treated 1(N 700 g /m3 P2O5 540 g/m3 K2 O 280 g/m3)highest,followed by treatment 2(N 700 g/m3 P2O5 900 g/m3 K2 O 420 g/m3),treatment 3(N 700 g/m3 P2O5 560 g/m3 K2 O 280 g/m3),when the nitrogen application rate is fixed, the amount of phosphorus and potassium are different. With the increase of phosphorus application rate and potassium application rate, the root/shoot ratio of cucumber plants is decreasing.2.The application of slow-release fertilizer is beneficial to the increase of chlorophyll content, root activity, and root growth of cucumber plants. The maximum chlorophyll content of cucumber plants appeared in treatment 7(N 2 100 g/m3 P2O5 540 g/m3 K2 O 560 g/m3)and was significantly higher than other treatments. For root vigor, the same nitrogen level and root vigor increased with the increase of potash fertilizer application, and the maximum appeared in treatment 8.Root length, root surface area, and root volume also appeared in Treatment 8.When nitrogen application rate was 2 100 g/m3,the chlorophyll content, root activity, and root morphology of cucumber plants were significantly increased.3.According to the range analysis, the effects of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers on cucumber seedling emergence rate and fruit yield were as follows: N > P2O5> K2 O.The maximum seedling emergence rate and yield of Cucumber fruit occurred in treatment 1,and the ratio of N: P2O5: K2 O was approximately equal.A ratio of 2.5:2:1 indicates that sufficient nitrogen is beneficial to the emergence of cucumber seeds and the increase in fruit yield.4.After the application of slow-release fertilizer, the p H and EC values of the treated substrates showed fluctuating changes. The maximum value of EC appeared in treatment 8(N 2 100 g/m3 P2O5 900 g/m3 K2 O 280 g/m3),and it showed a downward trend with the passage of the date, indicating that the early cucumber plants absorbed less nutrients and reached In the late stage, the cucumber plants thrive, the concentration of salt ions in the substrate decreases, and the EC value decreases. The p H value shows a rapid decline and then rises with the passage of time. The lowest point generally appears on April 7,the cucumber is sown for two weeks. After that, treatment 3 is particularly noticeable. However, the p H value of each treatment was above 6.5,which satisfies the optimal p H range for cucumber growth.
