In order to understand the effects of temperature on growth and development of Lycoris radiata, the article is on the basis of phenological observation and microclimate monitoring in Lycoris radiata through two methods(temperature control culture and bulb storage),to study the relationship between the temperature and the growth rhythm and the bulb development physiology,The results are as follows:1.The seasonal variation of the biomass of the Lycoris radiata was significant. The biomass of bulbs show an overall upward trend, which was stable during the flowering period and the early stage of leaf period, and then began to rise rapidly after the leaf maturation, reaching the maximum in July(14.06g).The aboveground biomass reached the secondary peak and primary peak in the flowering period(September)and leaf maturation period(January). There was no significant change in leaf width and leaf number, and the growth trend of leaf length was consistent with the change of leaf biomass. The phenological of the root system was slightly earlier than that of leaves, and its biomass reached its maximum in December(0.99g);During the green leaf period, the growth rhythm of the root system and the leaves were basically the same, but the amount of the root biomass in the dormant period still increased.Root regeneration is seasonal.Among them, during October to April, almost no ? level new root germination;May isthe peak period of new and old root alternates;May to August is a important period for the new root germination. In addition, the temperature is negatively correlated with the elongation growth of the root system.2.There was also obvious difference in the contents of the bulbs in different stages of development. In flower bud differentiation stage and flowering stage,SOD activity increased rapidly,POD activity did not change significantly, and the reaction was obviously lagging.Soluble sugar showed an uptrend in flower bud differentiation and flowering stage, but decreased significantly in flower organ development, flowering period and leaf development period. The content of soluble protein also increased sharply during flower bud differentiation, but decreased to the lowest level during the period of exhibition leaf.3.Adopting different temperature conditions to store the bulbs in the dormant period, and the study showed that temperature condition had a significant effect on the later growth. The change of temperature treatment can effectively promote the leaves exhibition, and treatment of 2(30 +6W/20)+2W)can advance leaves exhibitionthe for 10 days.Low temperature of 5 ? will significantly delay leaf exhibition and inhibit the growth of root system,if the processing time is too long(?8 weeks),it can also affect the development of the leaf bud.4.There were significant differences in the internal physiological changes of the bulbs under different temperature conditions. The lower the storage temperatureand the longer the time were, the higher the soluble sugar content in the bulb was.During the storage period, the content of starch decreased, but the different temperature treatment showed significant difference, and the change of temperature treatment resulted in the consumption of starch in the bulb. The soluble protein was consumed in different treatment groups, and the high temperature drops to the optimum temperature, which leading to the greatest consumption of soluble protein.SOD activity gradually increased during storage period, the SOD activity of variable temperature treatment is higher than that of constant temperature treatment,SOD activity under different temperature treatments was less than CK.The changes of POD activity were weaker than SOD activity.5.In the green leaf stage, different temperature conditions were used to potted plant the Lycoris radiata. The results showed that after 2-months treatment of 20? and 25?,the root germination was observed, accompanied with the germination of root and senescence of leaves.
