Greenhouse environment has an important impact on crop growth.The all aspect implementation of real-time monitoring of greenhouse environment and timely adjustment of its parameters can not only ensure the crop safe growth,but also promote agricultural increased production and income.In recent years,with the increasing cost of agricultural labor,coupled with the improvement of agricultural production requirements,the application of agricultural Internet of things technology in agricultural intelligent production is becoming more and more widespread.Based on the construction of intelligent agricultural demonstration garden and the exploration of efficient agricultural production model in Linan District,according to the demand of intelligent control system of greenhouse in our region,this paper develops an intelligent greenhouse control system of fine vegetables based on the structure of agricultural Internet of things,and the main parameters such as air temperature and humidity,CO2 concentration,illumination intensity,soil moisture and so on are selected as real-time on-line monitoring objects for in-depth study.The main design content is divided into two parts,the hardware part:(1)The ultra-low-power Internet of things data transmission terminal,in which a special channel is established to the server and the environment monitoring terminal to realize timing scanning and transmit the low power consumption sensing data to the server.(2)Hand-automation-integrated intelligent control module,this module has a total P1 to P7 of seven channels control-a single device can control seven devices,each channel has a separate insurance measures,can effectively prevent the negative impact due to equipment damage.Software part:(1)Web software module,maily including three modulesn as real-time monitoring,intelligent control,data analysis.(2)Mobile phone APP software module,mainly including three modules as real-time monitoring,remote control,data analysis.Main core technologies:(1)Transmission terminal automatically turns off load power,RTC timing wake-up,wireless transmission,Gps satellite positioning;ultra-low power consumption;network timing scanning;can specify server upload data;(2)Controller equipment built-in two sets of programs "Inching mode" and "linkage mode;"(3)The APP software of mobile phone can control the delay error of remote control within three seconds,the control interface is humanized and can be set "on,“ “off “and “stop" according to different kinds of equipment;data analysis not only realizes the curve analysis of single data,but can also be compared with multiple sensors,it can also be compared with the expert model if there is.
