Forest is an important resource for human beings,and it is the basis for ensuring the sustainable development of mankind.In recent years,the forest area and quality have been reduced rapidly due to various natural and human factors.Forest fires are a major factor in reducing forest resources and reducing forest quality.Therefore,it is important to ensure forest sustainable development by monitoring forest fire and timely fire prevention.The fire monitoring in heilongjiang province,the main forest area of the country,is the current pressing requirement.Heilongjiang is a large forestry province,with a forestland area of 2007 hectares and a forest coverage rate of 43.6%,which is the main forestry base in China.Forest is a precious emergency resource and an important factor for ecological environment.Past forest fire monitoring means,observation range and frequency are very limited,and the role is very weak.The famous fire of 87.5.6,the black river,and the huma fire were all precious forestry resources.So timely and accurate fire monitoring and warning is the premise of scientific organization save.Application of meteorological satellite forest fire monitoring,not only can be used in the early detection of fire,can also be used for the development of forest fire spread for continuous monitoring,can also be used for fire area and loss calculation,a new generation of polar orbit meteorological satellite in China carries on FY3 VIRR/MERSI detector to obtain three dimensional earth detection environment,global,all-weather,quantitative,high precision data is widely concerned,the observation data is acquired by receiving equipment,moderate resolution remote sensing data for long time every day,for forest fire remote sensing dynamic monitoring is very favorable.The purpose of this study is to use the existing FY3 remote sensing data,the forest fire monitoring and analysis,low cost,high efficiency,intuitive and accurate for continuous monitoring of the fire,and combined with the GIS spatial analysis technology of the fire happened when the fire area and other related information positioning and a fire area information statistics and analysis,dynamic remote sensing monitoring of the forest to establish the mechanism of the business.To provide effective prediction and assessment forforest fire in heilongjiang province.In turn,it is of great significance to provide scientific basis for disaster prevention and mitigation decisions.
