Fertilization is an important stage in the cultivation of Ziziphus jujuba Mill.cv.Lingwuchangzao,but blind fertilization is common in agricultural production,which leads to the decline of soil fertility,and makes the quality of fruit and yield decrease,So conducting a formula fertilization test and screening a reasonable fertilization formula is the key to achieving high quality cultivation of 'Lingwuchangzao'.This experiment was conducted on the 14-year-old'Lingwuchangzao' from Plantation Park in Lingwu City.Based on the analysis and determination of the soil background value of the test park,the target yield method was used to determine the amount of fertilizer.Use "3414" formula fertilization program,to study the test park soil and tree camp of the 'Lingwuchangzao',the relationship between the application rates of N,P and K fertilizers and the yield of Cultivar 'Lingwuchangzao' were analyzed by the fertilizer effect equation.The results showed that:1.Rational formulation of N,P,K fertilization can promote the growth of fruiting shoots length,branch diameter,and leaf area,as well as the chlorophyll content and fruit setting rate.During growth period,fruiting shoots length,branch diameter,leaf area and chlorophyll content increased at a faster rates initially,and then tended to grow slowly.The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,qP and ETR increased initially then decreased with the increase rate of fertilization.However,the Fo decreased initially and then increased.2.Rational formulation of N,P,K fertilization increased the fruit Vc,flavonoid,and soluble sugar contents,as well as transverse diameter and vertical diameter of fruit,but the organic acid of fruit were decreased.No fertilization,lack of fertilizer types and excessive fertilization would reduce the quality of fruit.3.Rational formulation of N,P,K fertilization can increased total leaf N,P and K,which gradually increased from the period of sprouting of to the fruit setting stage,then gradually decreased during fruit maturation period.4.Formulated fertilization can increase soil organic matter,total N and P,and available available N,P,K.All of them increased as the application amount increased,but the soil PH was reduced.Thus,formulated fertilization significantly increased soil properties by enhancing the organic matter and soil nutrients while also decreasing the salinity and alkalinity.5.Each formula combination treatment on 'Lingwuchangzao' vegetative growth,fruit quality,chlorophyll fluorescence,leaf nutrient content and soil chemical properties have varying effect,however,considering all the factors,the optimal fertilization combination test was obtained:5(N2P2K2)and 8(N2P2K1).6.Based on the two regression equation,the best application amount of N,P,K fertilizer(N,P2O5 and K20)is 236.40 kg/hm,156.90 kg/hm2 and 63.60 kg/hm2,providing the best yield is 9142.20 kg/hm2.Compared with each treatment,the yield increase of 5(N:P2O5:K2O = 2.53:1.49:1)was the best,the yield was 9360.60 kg/hm2,and the economic benefit was 40050 ?/hm2.The amount of fertilizer is only applicable to the test of owned land,can be used as the recommended fertilizer amount of Lingwu City Gardening field.
