In order to study the effect of microbial agents on Ziziphus jujuba Mill.cv.Lingwuchangzao,this experiment was carried out in the cultivation base of good breed breeding facilities in Daquan forest farm of Lingwu City,Ningxia.The tested jujube tree was a 7-year-old Lingwuchangzao,the experimental bactericide was EM plant agent,Bacillus subtilis agent,EMBC compound agent,and 3 application of each agent.The effects of microbial agent on nutrient growth,soil microbial environment and fruit yield and quality of Lingwuchangzao were studied by measuring 9 treatments,including the growth of Lingwuchangzao,the yield and quality of fruit,and the soil microbial inoculants for the Lingwuchangzao.The application dose provides the theoretical basis.The results show that:1.The application of three different microbial agents could promote the growth of the bearing branch and leaf of jujube.The lowest dosage of EM could promote the growth of the bearing branch of jujube,and the bearing branch length and bearing branch thickness of jujube were 120.26%and 126.31%respectively.The highest dosage of EM could promote the growth of leaves.The area,fresh weight and dry weight of leaves were 153.91%,128.04%and 122.53%respectively.2.The application of three microbial agents could improve the physical properties of soil,the soil microbial quantity and enzyme activity of Lingwuchangzao.In the period of fruit expansion,the soil microbes which was the most in the lowest dosage of EM,in the 0-20cm and 20-40cm soil la,yers were 247.57%and 301.36%respectively.In the fruit maturity period,the highest application dose of Bacillus subtilis agents was the most,and the soil microbes in the two soil layer were 169.77%and 223.26%of the control.3.The yield and quality indexes of Lingwuchangzao were different with different microbial agents.The overall comparison was carried out by principal component analysis.The overall sequencing was Bacillus subtilis agent,EM and EMBC.In addition to the minimum dosage of EMBC compound agent,the other treatments were higher than that of non microbial agents.Therefore,the application of different microbial agents could improve the yield and fruit quality of the Lingwuchangzao.Combined with the above analysis,it is suggested that in the actual production of Lingwuchangzao in greenhouse,The specific application method is:Bacillus subtilis agtent 25g on one jujube at stages in germination and squaring stage,and Bacillus subtilis agents 37.5g on one jujube in the stage of fruit expansion.
