Research On Financing Of Pig Farmers In China

This paper focus on the financing problem of pig farmers in China and it is based on the perspective of supply chain finance.Firstly,from analyzing the financing characteristics and mode of pig farmers,It is found that the basic present situation of pig farmers in our country can be described as single financing channels,high financing costs and financing needs cannot be satisfied,these are causes of financing difficulty of pig farmers.Secondly,based on the perspective of financial supply chain and make analysis from the traditional mode of supply chain finance and Internet financial supply chain and risk control measures respectively,combined with pig breeding supply chain and its characteristics in our country,the research proves that the traditional supply chain finance does not apply to pig farmers financing,and the Internet supply chain finance is an effective mode of financing that suitable for pig farmers.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the financial practice of the Internet supply chain from the perspective of practical basis,products and business models,on the above basis points out its practical significance and shortcomings.Last but not least,as the conclusion,it is found that the Internet supply chain finance can ease the degree of information asymmetry between pig famers and their financial partners effectively,reduce financing transaction costs.So it is the effective model to solve the problem of pig farmers financing in our country.
