The Financial Strategy Selection To Solve The Financing Difficulty Of Pig Breeding

Pork has always been one of the main providers of protein consumption for our people.China has always had the saying that “Pork and grain are closely related to the social stability”.In August 2018,the first African swine fever broke out in China.As of December 24,2018,there were 97 epidemics in 23 provinces(urban areas).In 2018,African swine fever pushed the "pig" to the cusp.Large-scale targeted culling,blockades,embargoes and fluctuations in pig prices caused by African swine fever have caused huge losses to the pig industry.The crisis has also exposed many problems in Chinese pig-raising enterprises.Pig-raising enterprises can not develop without financial support.How to further optimize the supply of pigs in China in the context of supply chain finance,and better realize the rapid and excellent development of pig breeding industry is of great significance to China’s industry and overall economic development.The rise and widespread use of supply chain finance provides an opportunity for the development of pig enterprises.Supply chain finance has a significant advantage in solving the financing problem of SMEs.Supply chain finance is based on the entire supply chain,based on the real trading background,and uses the credit spillover effect of core enterprises to carry out credit business,which reduces the degree of information asymmetry between borrowers and lenders.This paper selects the Nongxin interneted company’s supply chain finance as the research object,and uses literature research,case analysis and comparative analysis to study the application of supply chain finance in solving the financing problems of pig breeding enterprises.The paper first analyzes the problems and causes of financing of pig breeding enterprises,and then combined with the practice of fintech and supply chain finance,it is pointed out that using fintech means through supply chain finance can effectively solve the financing problem of pig farming enterprises.Taking the supply chain financial of Nongxin interneted company’s as a case study,this paper analyzed its products,their strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and the role of fintech.Finally,it is concluded that the financing mode of financial technology + supply chain finance is suitable for solving the financing difficulties of pig raising enterprises in China.
