Analysis Of Body Size,reproductive Traits And Serum Biochemical Indexes Of Different Types Of Huoshou Black Pigs

This article is about the body size and reproductive traits of different types of Huoshou black pigs and comparative study on serum biochemical indexes of Huoshou black pigs and Berkshire×Huoshou black pigs at different ages.The result is as follows:1.Comparison of body size of different types of Huoshou black pigs: The body height of Huoshou black pigs was significantly different from that of cucumber stripe,oil hyacinth stripe Huoshou black pigs(P<0.05),and the chest circumference of tiger head Huoshou black pigs was significantly different from that of the two(P<0.05).2.Comparison of reproductive performance of different types of Huoshou black pigs:The number of total litter size,the litter size and the stripe of oil hyacinth and tiger head were significantly different(P<0.05),and the difference of the primary litter weight of cucumber stripe Huoshou black pigs and oil hyacinth stripe was significant(P<0.05),and the difference of cucumber Huoshou black pigs and oil hyacinth stripe was significant(P<0.05).3.Changes of serum biochemical indexes of Huoshou black pigs at different ages: The serum serum ALT of Huoshou black pigs was the highest in 30 day,and there was no significant difference from 60 and 90 day(P>0.05).The difference was significant with 180 and 300 day(P<0.05).The difference of serum AST and ALP was significant(P<0.05),the serum ALP was highest in 90 day,and the difference between 180 and 300 day was significant.Serum GLU was the lowest in 30 day,the highest in 180 day,and significantly different from 30,60 and 90 day(P<0.05).Lipid TC was the highest in 300 day,and significantly different from 30 and 60 day(P<0.05).TP was the highest in 300 day,and significantly different from 30 and 60 day(P<0.05).Serum UREA was significantly different at different age(P<0.05).4.Changes of serum biochemical indicators of Berkshire×Huoshou black pig at different ages: The serum ALT of Berkshire×Huoshou black pigs was the lowest in 180 day,with significant difference from 30,60 and 90 day(P<0.05),the difference of serum AST was significant(P<0.05),the serum GLU in 30 day was the lowest,and the difference was significant(P<0.05)with 90,180 and 300 day,and the serum TC was lowest in 30 day,and significant difference between the serum and serum.TP was lowest in 30 day,and significantly different from other day(P<0.05).Serum DBIL-D was lowest in 30 day,and significantly different from 90,180 and 300 day(P<0.05).5.Comparison of serum biochemical indexes of Huoshou black pigs and barkshire x Huoshou black pigs at the same age: The serum ALT of 30,60,180 and 300 day Huoshou black pigs was greater than that of barkshire x Huoshou black pigs;at the same age,the serum ALP of Huoshou black pigs was less than that of at the same age,the serum GLU and TC of Barkshire x Huoshou black pigs were all larger than that of Huoshou black pigs.At the same age,the serum TP of Huoshou black pigs was greater than that of barkshire x Huo Shouhou black pigs.The above study shows: tiger-headed Huoshou black pigs are of the largest size and can introduce foreign large-scale pigs breeds into economical crossbreeding to cultivate large-scale black pigs.Cucumber-type Huoshou black pigs have the highest reproductive performance.In production,they can breed cucumber-type Huoshou black pigs first.The resource conservation of oil hyacinth type Huoshou black pigs with poor reproductive performance;and at different ages,the physiological conditions of Huoshou black pigs and Barkshire x Huoshou black pigs are inconsistent,so the selection and breeding can be performed based on these indicators,disease prevention and control,development and utilization of resources.
