| The mid-term fertilization of corn can increase per unit yield.In view of the poor adaptability of maize mid-term fertilization machine,high energy consumption and low utilization rate of fertilizer,the corn hole fertilization technology was put forward,the roller type applicator was designed,and the corn planting machine was made,and the functional experiment and field experiment were carried out.The main work and conclusions are as follows:By comparing and analyzing the research results of the fertilizer machines at home and abroad,consult relevant information to obtain agronomic requirements for corn fertilizer applicator development,the design scheme of the acupoint fertilization is drawn up,the complete self walking mode,drive by pure electric power,and the action force system of the corn row machine are designed and mate.According to agronomic and technical requirements of Hole applying mechanical,the structure design and working principle analysis of the machine between corn rows and rows were performed,and the matching design of the power transmission system of corn interline machine was carried out,and key components such as reducer were selected and matched.Determine the power transmission connection.Completed the design of corn interrow hole applicator and carry on the modal analysis and modal test of the frame.By analyzing and comparing the first 6 order frequencies of simulation and experiment,it is concluded that the relative error is less than10%,all meet the design requirements and will not cause resonance.and get the conclusion that the relative error is less than 10% by analyzing and comparing the 6 order frequency before the experiment,and all conforms to the design requirement,and it will not cause the resonance.The static analysis of the frame is carried out by using finite element analysis software,and check the strength of the machine.The analysis results show that the rack design meets the requirements of the process.Based on theoretical analysis and calculation,determined the depth of hole application,movement sequence and spring type selection.The shape of the hole forming device is designed to use the duck mouth type hole forming device and the flat mouth type hole forming device.Based on the dynamic analysis of the finite element method and the soil resistance test,the shape of the best hole forming device is determined by the force ofthe bottom surface of the different shape forming apparatus.Based on the discrete element method,the simulation analysis of hole fertilization performance is carried out,and the appropriate speed of work is determined through the amount of hole applied under work velocity in difference of the hole applicator.Completed the prototype trial-produced,accomplished the pavement functional test and field test.The evaluation indexes such as the amount of cave,the climbing performance,the leakage rate,the depth of fertilization and the passing ability were analyzed.The experimental data were analyzed and the results were obtained to verify that the equipment met the design requirements and the national standards,and the performance was excellent. |
