The southwest hilly mountain corn area is the third largest corn producing area in China,and the corn planting area in the hilly area of sichuan province accounts for nearly 1/3 of the southwest hilly mountain corn region.Seeding of drought,links,planting low efficiency is an important issue in the current maize production in sichuan,hole irrigation machine is a kind of can effectively reduce labor costs and improve labor efficiency and solve the problem of drought of agricultural machinery.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the planting machine and supporting agronomic technology in the hilly area of sichuan,and to promote the development of maize in the hilly area of sichuan.In this study,the soil moisture content was studied under different soil moisture content.Through pot experiment of different soil water content and acupoint irrigation,the appropriate amount of hole irrigation was studied.Through different irrigation methods,farming,and whether the effect of three factors split plot experiment,studies the influence of irrigation of corn and screening the hole irrigation conditions suitable for planting way and farming methods,and on this basis the design of a kind of hole filling machine.The main results are as follows:(1)The hole irrigation planter should be used when the soil moisture content is less than 20%±1%,and the soil moisture content that is the most suitable for general mechanical seeding is 20%±1%.When the soil moisture content was 20%±1%,the seedling rate of maize was 96%,compared with the soil moisture content of 16%±1%and 24%±1%,which was 24.68%and 17.07%.The soil moisture content is20%±1%,which is conducive to improving the seeding quality.The soil moisture content was20%±1%,and the effective ear ratio of maize was 16%±1%and 24%±1%,24.58%and 15.81%,and the yield was 26.53%and 9.20%.(2)When the soil moisture content was 13%,the optimal acupoint irrigation was200 ml/hole.When the soil moisture content was 15%,the optimal acupoint irrigation amount was 160 ml/hole.When the soil moisture content was 17%,the optimal irrigation amount was 140 ml/hole.(3)Acupoint irrigation is a kind of irrigation method with high efficiency.Compared with conventional irrigation,the plant height,leaf area and dry matter of acupoint irrigation were decreased by 6.57%,17.89%and 3.3%,respectively,and the root length and root surface area increased by 19.09%and 15.91%respectively.This may be caused by mild drought stress on maize under the condition of cavitation irrigation.In the later stage of procreation,there was no significant difference between the morphological indexes and conventional irrigation.There was no significant difference between acupoint irrigation and conventional irrigation,but the irrigation water volume was 4.5m~3/ha,80%water saving compared with conventional irrigation,and the water utilization efficiency increased by 10.80%.(4)Under the condition of cavitation irrigation,winter tillage is the best method for farming.Include intertilling processing corn seedling growth is restrained,the corn seedling quality of stem diameter,leaf area and dry matter,root length,root dry weight,root surface area and volume respectively than spring fell by 20%,88.39%,35.15%,18.05%,35.15%,54.71%and 51.56%.The soil moisture content of the soil was significantly increased,which provided sufficient water for the growth of maize.In the later stage of the fertility,the dry matter and leaf area of maize were significantly higher than that of spring ploughing.Winter ploughing significantly changed the vertical distribution of maize root system.During grouting period,the root length of 0-20 cm layer was increased by 6.49%compared with that of spring tillage,and that of 20-40 cm and 40-60 cm was decreased by 31.24%and 20.19%respectively.Maize yield increased by 13.7%and water use efficiency increased by12.3%.(5)Under the condition of acupoint irrigation,the film mulching is good for maize yield increase and increase.Compared with the non-coated treatment,the mulch significantly increased the soil moisture content and the maize seedling rate increased by 11.03%.,soil solute in different conditions of various morphological indexes in the whole stages of corn is higher than not be coated,coated is conducive to the growth of seedling root system,and has significant effects on the vertical distribution of the late root:improve the surface amount of root system distribution,reduce the lower amount of root system distribution.The yield of maize increased by13.2%and the water utilization efficiency increased by 8.89%.(6)Based on the current situation of mechanical seeding in hilly area of sichuan province,combined with field test data.This paper designs a kind of seeding and seeding machine which is used for seeding,cavitation irrigation,furrow fertilization,subsoil and mulching.The water tank volume of the seeding machine was 0.40m3 and the water volume was designed to be 140-200 ml,and the amount of water was seeded and seeded through the intelligent hole spraying system.
