Effects Of Different Fertilization Treatments On Quality And Yield Of Vitis Vinifera L. In Greenhouse

The"red-grapes"grape industry is a high-efficiency and special-purpose industry explored and developed by Yongdeng County,Gansu Province in recent years in the structural adjustment and industrialization of agriculture in combination with the local natural features.Under the guidance and support of the government,the grape industry of"red-grapes"with the brand name of"January red-grapes"has shown a vigorous development in Yongdeng County.However,the grape industry in Yongdeng County has such problems as extensive management and blind application of fertilizers.In view of this,in this paper,we used"red-grapes"grapes as the research material to design three different fertilization program experiments?grape-specific fertilizer application test,potassium fertilizer test and organic-inorganic fertilizer mixed fertilization test?"red-grapes"growth,yield,quality and fertility of biofuels such as the impact of the specific results are as follows.?1?According to the amount of special organic fertilizer for grapes,when the amount of fertilizer was 6kg/plant,the new length,the new length of internode,the length of stem and stem,the ratio of sugar and acid reached the maximum value of 93.43 cm,22.8cm,17.10cm,20.56cm and 56.97,respectively,increased by 19.13%,37.30%,13.32%,11.26%and 58.07%respectively than the control.When the fertilizer was 8kg/plant,the new coarseness,soluble solids,vitamin C,total sugar content,single grain weight,single spike weight and yield per unit area all reached the maximum values of 1.19cm and 19.64%?100g?^-1,18.98%,12.52g,854.75g,33416.51kg.hm^-2,respectively,increased by 77.61%,16.42%,9.30%,14.48%,40.04%,18.99%,32.45%,but there was no significant difference between 8kg/plant and 6kg/plant.?2?According to the amount of potash fertilizer,treatment 3?annual K₂O 54 g/plant,in the fruit enlargement period and fruit coloring period 2 times soil topdressing,each dosage was 27 g/plant?Slightly internodes length and thickness of the largest leaf weight,respectively,compared with the control increased by19.73%,32.91%,16.05%.The content of soluble solids,vitamin C and total sugar in treatment 4 were the highest,which were 17.66%,4.83 mg.?100g?^-1 and17.89%,respectively,increased by 18.60%,55.31%and 8.62%The annual application of K₂O 54 g/plant,applied in the autumn when the base fertilizer applied 27 g/plant,fruit enlargement period and the fruit coloring period two times topdressing the soil,the amount of 13.5 g/plant.The lowest titratable acid content was 0.31%,compared with the control,titratable acid content decreased 45.16%.Treatment 4?annual K₂O 54 g/plant,applied in the autumn when the base fertilizer applied 27 g/plant,fruit enlargement period and fruit coloring period twice soil topdressing,each dosage was 13.5 g/plant?.The highest yield per unit area was12.67g,835.07g and 32337.82kg.hm^-2,respectively,56.61%,19.53%and33.90%higher than the control respectively.?3?According to the research on the application of organic and inorganic fertilizers,organic and inorganic fertilizers?treatment 3?had the best application effect,the new length,internode length,coarseness,soluble solids,vitamin C,total sugar,The yield per unit area reached the maximum,which increased by31.63%,22.84%,48.68%,16.05%,101.41%,29.62%,103.08%,38.99%respectively compared with the control.?4?In summary,for the grape-specific organic fertilizer,the effect is the best when the amount of fertilizer is 8kg/plant,but the difference is not significant with6kg/plant,it is recommended to use 6kg/plant;The annual application of K₂O 54 g/plant,applied in the autumn when the base fertilizer applied 27 g/plant,fruit enlargement and fruit coloring period two times topdressing the soil,each dosage of13.5 g/plant.For the combination of organic and inorganic fertilizers,the basal fertilizer 2.5kg urea+2.5kg cow manure best treatment;topdressing before sprouting1.25kg urea+1.25kg diammonium phosphate+2.5kg cow dung,topdressing flowering 2.5kg diammonium phosphate+2.5 kg potassium+2.5kg cow dung;swelled 2.5kg cattle manure topped 2.5kg potash.
