Research On Collaborative Innovation Of Fishery Resources Development In The South China Sea

The South China Sea is one of China’s three largest marginal seas,located in southern China,also known as the "South China Sea.Because of its tropical and subtropical marine ecological environment,the South China Sea fishery resources are rich in reserves.Withthe implementation of the "Strong Ocean Power" strategy,the development of fishery resources in the South China Sea faces unprecedented opportunities for development.However,the current status of the development of fishery resources in the South China Sea is worrying.During the development of fishery resources in the South China Sea,a series of issues such as the decentralization of fishery resources development,low efficiency,Low level of science and technology,and poor coordination have gradually emerged.These problems have restricted the reasonable and effective development of fishery resources in the South China Sea to some extent.From the perspective of collaborative innovation,this paper discusses the problems in the development of fishery resources in the South China Sea.Taking the basic connotation of collaborative innovation as the fundamental starting point,it analyzes the necessity from five aspects of strategic coordination,subject coordination,system coordination,organization coordination,and technology coordination.By learning from the experience of collaborative innovation in the development of foreign fishery resources,it provides countermeasures and suggestions for the development of fishery resources in the South China Sea.This article mainly includes five major parts.The first part is the theoretical research part.It mainly includes the research background,research significance,related literature review,research objectives and content,research methods and routes,innovations,inadequacies,core concepts and related theories.The second part is the status quo and problem analysis section.The current situation and problems in the development of fishery resources in the South China Sea are mainly analyzed.The third part is the requirements analysis section.It mainly analyzes the demand for collaborative innovation in the development of fishery resources in the South China Sea,including the need for strategic coordination,the need for subject coordination,the need for institutional coordination,the need for organizational coordination,and the need for technical collaboration.The fourth part is the experience reference part of the collaborative innovation of foreign fishery resources development.It mainly analyzes the fishery resources,legislation,and fisherymanagement system in the United States,Canada,and Japan,and extracts the experience and inspiration of collaborative innovation in fishery resource development in the United States,Canada,and Japan.The fifth part is the countermeasure research part.This part is based on the above research and combines relevant foreign experiences to propose relevant measures for the collaborative innovation of fishery resources in the South China Sea.The sixth chapter is the conclusion part.This chapter is a summary of the full text and puts forward the main conclusions of this paper.
