Epidemic Surveillance And Comprehensive Control Effect Of Bovine Schistosomiasis Japonicum In Guanghan

The schistosomiasis is a parasitic zoonosis that severely affects the human and livestock health along with the public health security,it causes significant economic loss to our province,as the heavy endemic area of schistosomiasis history,Guanghan city has brought great loss to the health of human and livestock and to the economic growth.After generations of efforts of the schistosomiasis prevention workers,Guanghan city has met the spreading control standard of schistosomiasis by 2005,in order to enhance the prevention effect of schistosomiasis,a better understanding of the current situation of schistosomiasis is carried out and a set of comprehensive prevention measures for schistosomiasis has been implemented,which provided the scientific prevention strategy to meet the spread-blocking standard and even the eliminating standard of schistosomiasis.This research implemented the indirect hemagglutination assay(IHA)of red blood cells and the method of plastic cup pipe jacking for the continuous monitoring of schistosomiasis of Guanghan city from 2011 to 2014,which helped understand the epidemic situation of schistosomiasis;then carried out the feature analysis of time epidemic characteristic and space epidemic characteristic of the epidemic indexes to understand the epidemic feature of schistosomiasis;based on the monitoring results and analysis situation,integrated the prevention technologies of schistosomiasis from 2011 to 2014,summarized the integrated control measures,and The effectiveness of comprehensive control measures for schistosomiasis used in this study was verified.The characteristic of space is that from the 2011 through 2014 in spring and autumn,serum samples of schistosomiasis shows that the positive rate of blood test decreased with tim e in general.And in the spring and Autumn period of the same year,the positive rate in spring was significantly higher than autumn especially 2012 and 2013,except 2011.The positive rat e of stool examina and the infection rate were no fluctuation,and it was zero.The characteristi c of space is that the high blood positive rate concentrated on the western region of Guanghan,and the positive rate of schistosomiasis detection in the western Gaoping Town was the high est during four years time.Gaoping Town is adjacent to endemic areas,the positive snail can e nter the area by water,which aggravating the burden of prevention.There are actively cattle tr ading,imported infections and pollution problems.Those may be the reasons.The comprehensive prevention measures of schistosomiasis were summarized in the four aspects of organization structure,duty fulfillment,security mechanism,and department collaboration,during the four years' implementation of comprehensive control measures,there is no infectious oncomelania,infectious cattle morbidity and positive feces.The epidemiological investigation of schistosomiasis provides the prevention strategy for schistosome,the establishment of the comprehensive control measures of schistosomiasis provides the technical references for the basic-level schistosomiasis.
