| The chain ditching machine has the characteristics of high efficiency and broad practicality,it has become an integral part of the development of mechanical field today world.Ditching machine still shortage of independent research and development capability.Most of the trench opening parts are imitate foreign product to manufacture There is a big gap in comparison with foreign similar products.Based on this situation,in this paper design combined knife chain ditching machine.Research object of the ditching device.The paper discusses these question:Research analyze work principle and basic structure of ditching device.Setting operation parameter according to practical operation requirement,the motion parameter meter and the cutting resistance of the trench cutter calculated and driving power by the empirical formula and design the key part of the ditching device,using Solidworks software to build model and complete of the assembly so that there is no interference between the parts and component after assembly.Using ADAMS software to analyze the dynamic characteristic of the ditching device,it is concluded that the changes of angular velocity,angular acceleration,force condition and joint movement of driver sprocket,driven sprocket and tension sprocket.it is known that the sprocket and the chain substantialy stable state when the chain is operate,and the operation performance is statisfied.Applying ANSYS Workbench software to analyze statics of the ditching device.According to the distribution clouds of stress,strain and deformation show that the maximum stress dangerous point of ditching device designe in the this paper less than the yield limit of manufacturing material,and the deformation relatives small.Therefore,the intensities and stiffness meet the need.Through modal analysis of the ditching device,natural frequency of ditching device and model shape map,the working frequency of the calculation result indicate that the plan can avoid the ditching device following by natural frequency,the ditching device resonance will not occur,is safe.Harmonic response of the ditching device is analyz,the displacement frequency response curve in the X、Y、Z direction obtain,analysis of stress,strain and deformation at the maximum response frequency show that the maximum stress value still less than the yield limit value of the manufacturing material,and the deformation is smaller.The strength and rigidity of ditching device meet the requirement.Structure of design ditching device is reasonable,it provide theoretical reference for optimization design of the ditching device of chain ditching machine. |
