| Trichogramma japonicun Ashmead is an egg parasitic wasp,which parasitic in the eggs of rice stem borer,such as Cnaphalocrocis medialis,Chilo suppressalis et.al.T.japonicun has good prevention effect for rice stem borers.The chemical pesticide is used excessive that lead to the problem of“3R”,killing a large number of natural enemies and destroyed the balance of field in the long time.T.japonicun is the natural enemy of rice stem borers,which is green,safe and pollution-free to prevent rice stem borers.There are many problems need to solve about breeding T.japonicun by people.Such as the low reproductive multiple of host(Corcyra cephalonica(Stainton))eggs,the intolerability of parasitic eggs to cold storage,the breed of indoor need to improve and the instability of field effects etc.The content of studying are following(1)The relationship of T.japonicun the qualitily,temperature and reproductive multiple of the rice moth.The effect of T.japonicun,s parasitic by colding storage of C.cephalonica.(2)The effect of parasitic about T.japonicun and C.cephalonica by eggs ratio.T.japonicun,s age and the time of cold storage will have the effect for life signs.(3)The field release effects of T.japonicun and the toxicity of four biological pesticides to T.japonicun,achieved the following results:(1)Studying the laying eggs of the C.cephalonica at different temperatures.The results showed that laying eggs and the temperatures have a significant relationship y=-2.3x~2+125.57x-135.70,(R~2=1)in the 25°C,27°C,29°C.So the 27-28°C is the best temperature infactory breeding.The relationship between pupae weight and spawning amount was:y=4857.20x+85.97(R~2=0.15<1).There was little correlation between pupae weight and spawning quantity.The pupae weight not be used the factor to measure the egg production.There was no significant difference in egg production between the parasitic by T.japonicun and control,when eggs were stored for 3 days,but there was significant difference after C.cephalonica cold storage more than 6 days.The number of eggs laid by T.japonicun in the eggs of C.cephalonica,which was wrapped in self-sealing bags,was higher than in the eggs of the rice moths preserved in newspapers.(2)With the decrease of egg ratio,the amount of parasitism by single T.japonicun increased first and then stabilized,the parasitism rate decreased gradually,the emeragnce rate and the percentage of female did not change significantly.The parasitic amount reached the highest at 1:250 when the parasitic rate reached the highest at 1:22.So the 1:22 was the best ration for industrial breeding T.japonicun.The T.japonicun were stored through applying day-age(age from 1 to 7 days after parasitization of wasp on host egg,respectively)and period(7 days,14 days,21 days,28days and 35 days)as the experimental factors.The results showed that the black eggs rate,emergence rate and percentage of female wasps of T.japonicun for the age of 3-7-day-old were not significantly affected under 10°C for 7 days.This cold storage method is suitable for mass production of T.japonicun.Short-term cold storage before releasing T.japonicun was unsuitable for more than 7 days and the emergence rate would be significantly affected for the longer cold storage period.There was no significant effect on the percentage of female wasps of T.japonicun for the age of 1-7-day-old under 10°C for 7-35 days.(3)The field used of T.japonicun showed that the rice field(Conghua Aimi Farm)which released T.japonicun for many years had the lowest leaf roll rate when the highest leaf roll rate was released in the first year(Zengcheng Aimi Farm).The leaf roll rate of Conghua nong geng farm and Conghua Aimi farm were lower than that of the control field,while that of Zengcheng Aimi farm was lower than of the control at first and then higer than control in the then.Choosing 4 biological pesticides to prevent the rice stem borer that not parasiticed by T.japonicun.The toxicity test showed that the death rate of Beauveria bassiana,Bt1 and Bt2were killed many T.japonicun,when diluted 500 times that have high toxic effect.But low concentration and Bt3 were all lower death to the T.japonicun,that almost no toxic effect. |
