Genome selection is widely used in plant and animal breeding.In breeding work,genotyping for a part of the individual,especially the less economic value individual like pig,using single-step method can analyze the individuals who had phenotypic pedigree information but could not be genotyped in genetic evaluation model.Under this condition,genealogical information and tag information can be used efficiency,meanwhile,this method also avoids the shortcomings that GBLUP can only use genotype information and improve the breeding value estimation accuracy.There is a widespread genetic correlation among quantitative traits,which indicate that a trait can carry other properties of information.Single trait genome selection model without using this information,while multiple traits genome selection model can take full advantage of the properties and improve the accuracy of breeding value estimation.In this study,firstly,setting duroc pig population as research object,BLUP,GBLUP and single-step method were use to compare the estimation accuracy of breeding value on growth traits.And then,under the single trait model and multiple traits model,we compared the breeding value estimation accuracy of these three methods on multiparous reproductive character,first propagation properties.Finally,explore the application of the first child reproductive traits in breeding practice.The results are as follows:(1)In growth traits,the accuracy of single-step method value estimation was 4.6% higher than that of BLUP.The accuracy of GBLUP value estimation was 5.7% higher than that of BLUP.Single-step method was the best method in predicting the size of the area of the eye muscle mass of 100 kg,followed by the area of 100 kg body weight and the age of 100 kg.(2)In multiparous reproductive traits,the efficiency of single-step method on total number of litter and neonatal litter weight is best.In the production of the number born alive traits,single-step prediction is better than BLUP method.In the first fetal propagation trait,the single-step method is the best predictor of these three traits.(3)Compare single trait model and multiple traits model,the breeding value estimation accuracy of the number born alive and starting litter weight of first little were improved.The prediction accuracy of multi traits model were better than that of single trait model on the traits like the number of live births,the primary litter weight,the number of first births and the first birth litter weight.(4)Selecting reproductive traits in multiple traits model,we could consider the total number of litter size,the weight of the first litter and the number of live litter as selection traits.In addition,we could chose first reproduction traits as the auxiliary traits of breeding value estimation for breeding traits.
