| Apple dwarfing Rootstock application device is one of the important new devices in the mechanized cultivation of high quality apple rootstock.At present,domestic and foreign are basically manual operations,and the labor intensity is high and the operation results are poor.Based on the nursery planting pattern of dwarfing interstock apple rootstock,we investigated and analyzed the planting parameters such as row spacing,plant spacing,diameter and height of rootstock in apple dwarf nursery in different regions,and determined the key components such as the coating roller unit of applicator and degermination device.The basic structural parameters and material types of the components,and the indoor gantry simulation test of the roller assembly of the coating roller,analyzed the main factors affecting the uniformity of roller coating.The roller speed,steering and unit forward speed of the coating roller assembly are the key factors affecting the applicator operation process and its effect.Referring to the indoor bench simulation test data,a kinematics simulation model of the coating roller assembly of the applicator de-emergence device was established.By analyzing the rotation speed of the roller,the steering and the relative movement track with the rootstock,the unit forward speed,roller The appropriate range of key parameters such as speed,roller steering,contact movement trajectory,etc.By establishing the contact dynamic model of roller rolling over the rootstock,the stress condition of the rootstock was analyzed,and then the optimal rotation speed range of the roller was 0.5 rad/s when the forward speed of the unit was constant during the decoction process.25.82rad/s,the most suitable steering is roller inward meshing when the roller is in contact with the nursery stock.The safety and stability of the frame of the applicator and degerminating device are analyzed to ensure that the stability of the unit operation meets agronomic requirements and reduces the risk of seedling damage.Based on the results of the simulation analysis and the bench test results,a 1:1 digital prototype of an applicator and degermination device was established,a prototype trial and a number of field trials were conducted.The test results show that the effect of the application of the decoction device is greatly affected by the rotation speed and steering of the roller;when the unit operation speed is in the range of 4~6km/h,the roller speed of the decoction device of the applicator is adjusted to a suitable range 0.5 ~25.82rad/s;with the unit forward direction as the positive direction,when the two rollers are in contact with the rootstock,the rollers are inwardly meshed and rotated to be the most suitable for the application of the drug;when the roller steering and the rotation speed range are optimal,The application of the decoction device of the applicator was effective,and the damage rate,liquid flow rate and dew-whitening rate of the rootstock were all within the allowable range,which satisfied the agronomic requirements for the decoction of the applicator in the cultivation and management of apple high-quality rootstock. |
