Research on preservation,cold storage and acid treatment technology of subtropical silkworm eggs in Guangxi,it has very important significance to strengthen the quality of silkworm eggs in Guangxi and protect the market of silkworm eggs in this region,it is also further develop the utilization rate of silkworm eggs and improving silkworm rearing technology.Guangxi is in the center of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,we have excellent technical resources and strong relationships to participate in sericulture development of Southeast Asian countries.In order to promote the improvement of silkworm rearing technology and increase the yield of silkworm cocoon,the Southeast Asian nations demand for excellent silkworm resources are increasing.It is of great significance to promote silkworm breeding to Southeast Asian countries in Guangxi.This topic selected subtropical silkworm eggs in Guangxi of domestic excellent which is suitable for rearing in Southeast Asian countries,we have studied the treatment scheme of matched and efficient.In the condition of the high temperature and humidity climate in subtropics,we have carried on the practical hatchability contrast experiment with the different subtropical silkworm eggs,we also have studied the artificial hatching technology of the dormant eggs,the long-term cold storage and non-acid treatment technology of the silkworm eggs and the method to optimize the hatching rate of the ununiform hatching silkworm eggs.The hatching technology of subtropical silkworm eggs in Guangxi offering a more efficient use of silkworm eggs,taking the initiative to adapt to the changes of silkworm eggs in the market,meeting the market demand in time,maintaining the market supply and demand balance,coping the hatching problems from silkworm eggs.On the basis of the existing hatching technology of silkworm eggs in Guangxi,the artificial hatching technology of dormant eggs for the whole year and the preservation and incubation technology of silkworm eggs that more suitable for subtropical areas are researched and developed.The technology can effectively solve the waste problem caused by the surplus of silkworm in the production of silkworm eggs in Guangxi.The technology can meet the demand of the market of silkworm eggs in Guangxi and even southeast Asia,and provide technical guarantee for the stable development of silkworm industry in Guangxi.The main results are as follows:1.Acid treatment for the three pairs of silkworm eggs in the different preservation and cold storage time,comparison has made with the practical hatchability,the death rate and the number of days from acid treatment to hatching.The results show that the preservation time from short to long,the degree of diapause from shallow to deep,the hatching speed from fast to slow.As the cold storage time increases,the silkworm eggs with the same preservation time hatch more neatly,the hatching days of the silkworm eggs with the different preservation time are gap to reduce.Different silkworm eggs have different practical hatchability in the same preservation and cold storage time,acid treatment by the(10-40d)short-term storage and the(above 110d)long-term storage silkworm eggs,there are have different death rate,they show that different silkworm eggs have different sensitivity of hydrochloric acid.The time of preservation,cold storage and acid treatment define the safety range of acid treatment,influence practical hatchability of the silkworm eggs.2.Study on artificial hatching technology of the ultra short-term cold storage silkworm eggs.The time of preservation and cold storage are deeded to a most important factor to the silkworm safety hatch.Silkworm preservation for 2 to 5 days after spawning,use the combination of heat treatment and acid treatment could stimulate silkworm egg further,the practical hatchability can be raised by 5%-15%.It's safe and feasible that the silkworm eggs could out of storage 30 days in advance.Silkworm eggs have increased the valid period,the purpose of artificial hatching of dormant eggs is achieved.3.Study on artificial hatching technology of the long-term cold storage hibernating eggs.The silkworm eggs which preservation for 20 days after spawning and plan to refrigerate for 120 days could out of storage over 70 days,the silkworm eggs could termination of diapause with heat treatment and the practical hatchability has reached more than 90%.Heat treatment has effect as acid treatment,it could activate the silkworm eggs to achieve the purpose of uniform hatching,but the hatching time can't be controlled.4.Discussion on the practical hatchability of LiangGuang ? deferred refrigeration silkworm eggs.Time limit of the acid treated eggs cold storage: Chinese race to 220 d,Japanese race to 160 d.Time limit of the non-acid treated eggs cold storage: Chinese race to 300 d,Japanese race to 200 d.Time limit of the two-step refrigerated eggs with non-acid treated: Chinese race to 320 d,Japanese race to 280 d.The practical hatchability decline with the increase of cold storage time,the non-acid treatment practical hatchability is higher than the acid treatment,the two-step refrigerated practical hatchability is higher than the simple refrigerated.Chinese race resistance to cold storage is better than Japanese race,the gap in the refrigeration period is 40-60 d.5.Effect of intermediate temperature sensing on the ununiform hatching silkworm eggs.Intermediate temperature sensing before and after acid treatment,they have obvious effect to reduce the difference of egg age,the longer the intermediate temperature sensing time,the better the dark-spotted eggs rate and practical hatchability.Intermediate temperature sensing before acid treatment more than 3d or after acid treatment more than 2d,the practical hatchability has reached more than 90%.
