With the improvement of automation of aquaculture,It has gradually become one of the important ways of aquaculture to develop fine and intensive aquaculture and the promotion of industrial aquaculture in China.Due to the increasingly labor costs and feed prices,The automatic feeding system has been developed and put into use in Norway,United States,Canada and other countries successfully,and have improved the feed precision greatly,reduced the cost of labor.While the domestic automatic feeding equipment is mainly used in freshwater ponds and culture in net cage and indoor aquaculture mainly rely on artificial feeding,the time and amount of feeding is based on personal experience of farmers with low feeding accuracy and higher labor intensity.The shortcomings of the feeding methods of the traditional industrial aquaculture are embodied in the following aspects:(1)With Large aquaculture area,a serious shortage of labor,and mainly rely on traditional timing feeding machine through manual operation,although the traditional feeding machine has reduced the labor of the workers in a way,but the operation time of each feeder is different,which will cause the differences of feeding time and feeding amount among the ponds,it is more difficult to accurately control the feeding amount in artificial way and work inefficient.(2)General speaking,industrial aquaculture is based on large area,it is difficult to monitor the running status of all feeder constantly.(3)The feeding machine can't be turned off once the feeding amount reaches the predetermined breeding requirements,as a result,the feed will not only be wasted and consume too much power,but also contaminate the water of the breeding and improve the cost of breeding.(4)There are various aquaculture species in industrial aquaculture generally.Different aquatic products have different feeding patterns and feeding requirements.It is inefficient to execute various feeding programs manually,and cannot achieve regular and fixed feeding.With the rapid development of industrial aquaculture,artificial feeding or simple feeding equipment has become a key factor that restricts the development of industrial aquaculture.The development of factory feeding equipment with high accuracy and high automation has become a top priority.Based on the background of industrial aquaculture and project in Wujiang Jiangsu,dissertation discusses the related Internet of Things technology and feed delivery problem,which is devoted to the study of the problems of current industrial aquaculture feeding precision in the actual breeding process based on the process of data analysis and optimization of using the method of simulation and actual experiments,a automatic feeding control system based on the optimization analysis has been developed,and has realized the automation of the whole process of feeding control of different types of aquatic products combined with expert database.It is of great significance to improve the automation of the feeding system of industrial aquaculture and to improve the precise control of the bait delivery.The main contents of the research are as follows:(1)PC control software for wireless control of the feeding system has been developed by the use of C# language,which can achieve accurate bait feeding according to different types and different growth stages of feeding quantitative timing of aquatic products,combined with expert database system,so as to improve the feed utilization rate,and ensure the quality of aquatic products.(2)In the process of aquaculture,the use of plug flow pneumatic conveying can improve the degree of automation of feed transportation and reduce the probability of cross infection of fish diseases to some extent.Dissertation optimized the plug flow by using the pipeline simulation and DOE experimental design method,and ultimately reduced the power index,reduce the pipeline wear and maintain the integrity of food particles,and lays the foundation for the accurate delivery of baits.(3)Feeding machine is an essential part of the feeding system,but the transmission efficiency of the traditional electromagnetic vibration feeding machine,is low with noise and work unstably and so on,dissertation use quadratic orthogonal design to establish the relationship between vibration intensity and the delivery time of feeding on significant factors,and make multi-objective optimization of vibration the intensity and time of feeding by MATLAB,finally get the function relationship between the input variables and the output response,using experimental design method so as to improves the efficiency of the bait feeding machine and reduce the vibration intensity of the body work and realize the optimization design of feeding machine.
