Potassium is one of the most important nutrients for apple growth. It plays a very important role in the whole growth, flowering and fruiting life process, especially in the improvement of apple fruit quality, the effect is more prominent [1].Apple area is more than 270 mu in Yantai area.Apple industry is an important economic pillar and an important source of farmers' income. However, there are many problems in the apple production management in this area.Especially for the input of potash fertilizer, there is a lack of a reasonable amount of use.The problem of unbalanced use of potassium has become an important factor restricting the improvement of fruit quality and yield. The purpose of this study was to apply potassium fertilizer to apple trees on the basis of conventional fertilization, and to observe the changes in quality parameters such as mineral elements, soluble solids, titratable acic acid and vitamin C in leaves and fruits of Fuji apple, and the changes of fruit yield, hardness and coloring. The change of soil nutrient content. It provides data basis for improving yield and quality of apple and providing reasonable amount of potassium fertilizer. The results of this experiment show that:1.In a certain range, the increase of potassium fertilizer can promote the increase of photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content of leaves, thus promoting photosynthesis of leaves, but after a certain amount of potassium(about the annual input of potassium oxide in 1.000kg/ strain),the net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content in leaves will decrease, but inhibit the photosynthesis of leaves.Effect?2.In a certain range, the application of potassium fertilizer can promote the absorption of nitrogen and potassium in leaves, and the absorption of nitrogen and potassium will be inhibited when a certain amount of potassium is applied. The increase of potassium fertilizer could inhibit the absorption of magnesium, and the effect of Potassium Fertilizer on the absorption of calcium first promoted the inhibition, which was related to the change of the content of other mineral elements in the leaf. After potassium application exceeds a certain range, the contents of nitrogen and phosphorus will decrease.3.The content of mineral elements in the fruit was similar to that of the mineral elements in the leaves. With the increase of potassium fertilizer, the content ofnitrogen and potassium in the fruit increased, and the content of magnesium decreased.4.Tthe effect of increasing potassium fertilizer on fruit quality was increased. With the increase of potassium fertilizer, the hardness of apple, the content of anthocyanin in the peel, the soluble solids in the fruit, and the titratable acid increased first and then decreased with the increase of potassium fertilizer use.The content of vitamin C in fruit will increase continuously in this test range.5.The effect of potash fertilizer on the N,P,calcium, magnesium and organic matter content in soil is less, and the effect on the p H value of soil and the content of available potassium is significant. The p H value will decrease with the increase of potassium fertilizer application, and the content of available potassium will increase with the increase of potassium fertilizer usage.
