Panax notoginseng belongs to the Araliaceae ginseng plant and has the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing stasis and niche.Panax notoginseng species planting method Major Ota field sowing Famous plants species.In this process is the digging shovel in the excavating device to scoop out Panax notoginseng and dig out Panax notoginseng through the lifting device to enter the collection box of the collection device.It is a precious Chinese medicinal material and has great medicinal and economic value.The main working parts of the existing Panax notoginseng harvester consist of excavating device,lifting device and collecting device.Immediately,Under the " Panax notoginseng-soil-digging equipment" system,Procrastination,reduction and cessation wear,enlargement Panax notoginseng percentage,reduction rate,Excavation equipment Corresponding key part,Prospective problem question requested design Four digging devices,Panax notoginseng picking-up scale main capability,high speed of picking up,large movement intensity.In this process,the excavating shovel is a key component.Therefore,the EDEM simulation analysis of the digging shovel working process of the four prototypes has been developed,and a three-dimensional model of the excavating shovel and a digital model of the excavating shovel and the soil have been established to perform the main structural parameters of the excavating shovel.This paper relies on a major project science and technology innovation in Yunnan Province.The specific research contents are as follow:(1)The main research is the planted Panax Notoginseng in Wenshan Prefecture of Yunnan province,and conducting site research on planting areas of Sancheon in Shilin,Maitreya,etc.in Yunnan Province,and in-depth research on the mechanical properties of Panax notoginseng roots and the physical and mechanical properties of soil.(2)Has did analysis and compare to the designed four kinds of excavating devices,and the three-dimensional models were created using SOLIDWORKS.(3)Through EDEM software was used to perform discrete element simulation analysis on the process of Panax notoginseng mining,and through the comparison of the four shovel-shaped digging resistances under the same conditions.The trajectories of soil particles around the four groups of mining devices were analyzed to prove the trend of Panax notoginseng,Verification can still guarantee a higher harvest rate under the premise of reducing the resistance;(4)Through the study of the Guizhou Institute of Agricultural Machiney`s soil trough,and design the soil trough hanging parts,make excavating devices and hanging joints.The method of orthogonal test was used to change the access angle and forward speed and the depth of excavation to the two excavating devices to obtain the optimal structural parameters and operating parameters.(5)After the experiment,the data was processed with Design-Expert 8.0 6 software,and the regression equation and optimization scheme were established.Dynamic digging machine have the maximal effort,Union type excavator small comparatively.Influence mimetic factor: Depth of digging,working speed,entry angle.The best combination: Entry angle of 20 degrees,Drill depth 24 to 26 cm,working speed 0.5 m / s.In addition,it is possible to set up after-harvesting,soil erosion,progressive prospects,possible outbreak cooperative excavation efforts,vigorous efforts.
