Panax notoginseng(Burk.)F.H.chen)is a medicine food homology of rare Chinese herbal medicine in China,which is a unique Chinese herbal medicine in southwest China and dominated the output of traditional Chinese medicine in Yunnan.As the national and local governments attaches great importance to the biomedical and health industry,the planting area of Yunnan Panax notoginseng increased year by year.Therefore,Panax notoginseng harvest into the Panax notoginseng farmers and enterprises imminent problem.At present,there is no application of the Panax notoginseng harvesting machine,only Zhao-guo Zhang,The professor of Faculty of Modern Agricultural Engineering of Kunming University of Science and Technology carry out the related research,has developed two prototype.Realize mechanization of Panax notoginseng harvest not only reduce the Panax notoginseng planting cost,at the same time can improve the production efficiency,lay a good foundation for the industrialization of Panax notoginseng development,therefore this article research on Panax notoginseng mechanized harvesting is of great significance.In this paper,based on the key new product development project of Yunnan province "Panax notoginseng mechanization of agricultural production critical equipment research and development" launches the research,the main research content?methods,?results summarized as follows:(1)Through the field investigation of the Panax notoginseng planting base in Shilin?MiLe?QuJing and Wenshan areas of Yunnan Province,the agronomic requirements and soil basic characteristics of Panax notoginseng in different areas were studied,and the basic harvesting agronomic requirements of Panax notoginseng harvesting machine were determined,According to agronomic requirements to determine the basic theory of research,in order to further improve the development of Panax notoginseng harvester basis.(2)According to the request of Panax notoginseng agronomic to develop a meet the requirements of special agronomic Panax notoginseng harvester.Based on the previous two generations of the prototype,the excavator shovel is analyzed theoretically,and the angle of the shovel is 90° and the shovel length is 335.At the same time,the inclination angle of the lifting sieve is 25°,the vibration frequency of 1.9?2.4Hz,and the second jitter separation system bench test theory.(3)Through the Pro/E to establish a plane digging shovel,double-wing deep loose shovel,excavation system solid model.The ANSYS finite element simulation software was used to study the stress,strain and deformation theory of the excavation shovel and excavation system.Through the first field experiment,the improved excavation system was used to meet the application requirements of the Panax notoginseng harvesting machine.At the same time,Pro/E software was used to establish the three-dimensional solid model of harvester,and the kinematics and dynamics of the platform were simulated by ADAMS-view.The simulation of displacement,velocity and acceleration of jigsaw jigs were obtained.(4)The field experiment was carried out after the prototype production.With mining depth and elevator speed as test factors of Panax notoginseng harvesting machine got that the net rate was 88.54%,the average is 91.28%,with mining depth and forward speed as the test factors of Panax notoginseng harvesting machine got that the maximum damage rate is 4.5%,the average is 2.59%.(5)Based on the field after harvest harvest a small amount of soil of the three shaking separation bench test.The three-factor and three-level orthogonal test was carried out to select the crank speed,the screen angle,the angle of the screen and the length of the rocker as the test factor.The results showed that the influence of the factors on the screening rate was the crank speed,Length,sieve angle.When the crank speed is 222.32r/min,the rocker length is 140.16mm and the sieve angle is 7.8°,the optimal parameter combination is obtained by software.The experimental results show that the average sieve rate is 93.52%.
