Research On The Construction And Sustainable Development Of Financial Shared Service Model In Animal Husbandry Enterprises

With the rapid development of economic globalization and the continuous development of information technology,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.In recent years,the country has issued some policies to support the development of agriculture and animal husbandry.Many farming and animal husbandry enterprises choose to expand their market scope,establish subsidiaries to expand business scope,but the organization and business enterprises have been expanding,many enterprise groups showed different degree of increase operating costs,reduce the efficiency of financial work,poor quality of financial information and other adverse conditions.Under such circumstances,Wens in order to achieve large-scale expansion and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises to introduce a new financial management model-Financial Shared Service model.In this article,based on the previous studies from China and abroad on Financial Shared Service,the author will dig deeper on the approach,process and effectiveness of establishing finance shared service center in China.First,the theoretical basis,basic content and development status of Financial Shared Service model are introduced and summarized from a theoretical perspective.Then it analyzes the current situation of Wens through case studies,it pointed out that Wens have many financial management problems when establishing a financial sharing service center,which reflected the necessity of establishing Financial Shared Service;it analyzed the internal and external environment of Wens,reflecting the feasibility of Wens being established for Financial Shared Service.Then the specific process of Wens preparation for sharing services was showed.To build information platform and optimize the financial business process as the key,especially the accounts receivable,accounts payable and expenses as the center to illustrate the operation mode of Financial Shared Service Center of Wens.Finally,the author evaluates the trial operation of the shared service center through the core key indicators and balance score cards,and give some suggestions for possible problems.Through the sharing of the construction of the service center of Wens,hope can be summed up in the process of construction of Financial Shared Service Center in some experiences and lessons,have certain reference significance for enterprises in same industry,also provide substantial experience and materials for the construction of financial and other animal husbandry enterprises our shared service model.
