The boom sprayer is the most widely used model in Daejeo Plant Protection Spraying.It is a large-scale,high-end agricultural equipment that can conduct effective field management in Daejeon.The sprayer has high working efficiency,good spraying quality,uniform spraying,and wide spray area.Compared to small and medium-sized booms,large booms are more likely to be negatively affected by the outside world or themselves.In addition to its own machine vibrations,external factors such as changes in wind direction,topography,etc.,will cause vibration of the wide booms during operation,tilting of the booms,and uneven spraying of pesticides.So the vibration of the spray bar is the key to solving the problem.First,through analysis of the chassis of the sprayer,the factors that may cause vibration and the direction in which the spray rack needs to be changed are studied.The spray boom sprayer was designed and the active and passive vibration reduction methods were used to make the designed sprayer meet the requirements of vibration suppression.Secondly,the static structure of the designed 15 m boom structure was studied.By studying the elastic deformation,plastic deformation,and stress state,data support was provided for the design of the structure.The modal analysis of the boom was performed and the natural frequency of the boom was analyzed.Whether the boom is vibrating due to resonance.Provides structural support for the active vibration suppression control of the boom.Finally,the hydraulic system of the boom and the regulation principle of the active vibration suppression of the boom are designed.A new intelligent PID control method is adopted,that is,the fuzzy control technology and PID technology are combined to control the control strategy.In addition,the active vibration suppression test of the boom was performed.The test results show that the spray effect of the boom with active vibration suppression control is more stable and good.The validity of the proposed active vibration suppression control strategy for the wide spray arm boom was verified.
