"Dragon in the sky,donkeys in the ground",donkey meat and other products have very high nutritional value.With the continuous improvement of people's living standards in recent years,the continuous increase in healthy eating and health awareness,the demand for donkey meat,donkey hides and other products continue to increase.However,the current number of donkeys in our country is low,and there is a serious shortage of embarrassment in the market.There is an urgent requirement to increase the number of donkeys in our country,for improving the level of production and management,for createing new types of breeding technology,and for providing technical support for alleviating the tight supply and demand situation in the market.Therefore,in this study,during the non-breeding season of the female donkey?October-March?,the induction of estrus in the estrous female donkey in Tongliao,Inner Mongolia was studied.A total of50 females from 2-6 years old,with close to weight and good body condition,were in the esteem period and were randomly divided into 4 groups.The female donkey was treated with the"Cloprost Injection(PGF2?)+equine chorionic gonadotropin?PMSG?+human chorionic gonadotropin?hCG?regimen and the PGF2?,hCG,and PMSG were studied.In the process of inducing estrus,the effects of donkey follicle growth,induced estrus rate and conception rate were monitored.During the test,ovarian development of the female donkey was monitored by using rectal examination and B-ultrasound examination.Finally,the induced female donkey was determined by the pregnancy rate of each group.The optimal dose of each hormone in an estrus trial.The test results are as follows:1.In the non-breeding season,through the rectal examination of the female donkey,it was found that follicle waves appeared in the ovary of the female donkey during the estrous period,but follicles larger than 30 mm did not appear,and each follicle wave was developed to a certain diameter.After the onset of degeneration,only one of the forty days of the observation group?group D?observed obvious dominant follicles and showed natural estrus.The donkey belonged to the more obvious seasonal estrus animals.2.By studying the side of the dominant follicle development of the female donkey,the ovarian ovulation rate of the female ass is better than that of the left,but the ovulation of the ovaries of the left and right ovary does not differ greatly.3.Treatment of the estrous female donkey with 0.2mg PGF2?alone for 5 days has obvious dissolution effect on the female body of the female donkey,but it can not reach the effect of inducing estrus.The C group of ten female asses has only 1 Head successful pregnancy.4.In the non-breeding season,it is feasible to use the"0.2mg PGF2?*5d+PMSG?1000IU/500IU?"program to induce estrous estrus during heat.A group PMSG dose of1000IU treatment after the estrus rate was 93.33%,B group PMSG dose 500IU estrus rate after treatment was 86.67%,C group did not do PMSG treatment estrus rate was only30%,and the higher the PMSG dose,estrus duration The longer?the difference between group A and group B and group C is significant?,the greater the number of large follicles?the three groups A,B,and C are significantly different?,the greater the diameter of dominant follicles?significant difference between group A and group B and group C?.5.The ovulation rates of the A1 and B1 groups with the“0.2mg PGF2?*5d+PMSG?1000IU/500IU?+hCG?1500IU?”program were 100%and 77.78%,respectively,and the conception rate was 88.89%.The ovulation rates of A2 and B2 groups that were not treated with hCG were 60%and 50%,respectively,and the conception rates were 60%and 25%,respectively.It was proved that hCG has obvious ovulation effect on the dominant follicle of female donkey,and injection of hCG can significantly increase the conception rate of female ass.6.The best method of inducing estrus in the non-breeding season determined in this experiment is:0.2mg PGF2?*5d+PMSG?1000IU?to induce estrus.When the estrus's dominant follicle diameter reaches 35mm,it is treated with hCG?1500IU?.After ovulation breeding,this program induced high estrus rate,ovulation time,the overall pregnancy rate is higher.
