As a typical soil-borne fungal disease,stem canker and black scurf is one of the important biological factors affecting potato production.Resistance of potato and its physiological and biochemical mechanisms against Rhizoctonina solani AG-3 were studied with sodium silicate in indoor and field.,This could provide safe and effective control measures for potato stem canker and black scurf.The results were as follows:1.It was found that sodium silicate could inhibite mycelium growth of pathogen.After the experiments on sodium silicate of different concentrations,it was found that adding 0.604g/L sodium silicate among MS culture medium promoted the growth of potato tissue culture seedlings,and had a strong tolerance for the toxin of mole bacteria.2.Adding 0.604g/L sodium silicate into MS culture medium could improve the resistance of potato tissue culture seedlings to stem canker and black scurf,with the effect of underground stem 18.28%.MS liquid medium was used as nutrient solution,in which the addition of 3.02g/L of sodium silicate significantly increased the resistance of potato seedlings to stem canker and black scurf,42.86% for 8d underground stem and66.67% for stolon.The protective effect of 12 d was 55.56% underground stem and50.00% stolon.3.Experimental results showed that in the sensitive degree of different potato test site on the sodium silicate,individual groove 5g sodium silicate,8g,spraying on the leaf tendency tendency for 100mmol/L and 100mmol/L showed different degrees of the adr.Plant groove 3g sodium silicate and spraying on the leaf tendency for 70mmol/L sodium silicate solution for potato,significantly enhance the resistance of the potato black scurf and sodium silicate groove 3g without bacteria,tuber of subterranean stem and the control effect of 47.93% and 40.62%,sodium silicate spraying tendency for70mmol/L the inoculation treatment on rhizome,stolons control effect of 48.84% and61.96%.4.The results showed that the physiological and biochemical resistance mechanism,sodium silicate involved in the potato and moles of interaction system is bacteria metabolic process,improved and coordinated defensive key enzyme activity,participatedin the defense mechanism of the potato.When bacteria and instead,sodium silicate processing,2d,inducing potato seedlings in chitinase and ?-1,3 glucanase activity increases,with 4~6d potato seedlings could be induced to higher POD activity in vivo,processing 10 d potato seedlings could be induced to the CAT activity increased in the body.Under the condition of without inoculation,dealing with 4~6d sodium silicate could reduce the PPO activity,6d would slow down the PAL activity,ealing with 10 d potato seedlings could be induced by sodium silicate higher lignin content in the body,when dealing with 14~16d sodium silicate increased the activity of SOD and 14 d reduced the chitinase activity,dealing with 10d~16d could reduce the ?-1,3 glucanase activity.In the case of inoculation,sodium silicate decreased proline content in potato seedlings after10d~14d treatment.
