| In this experiment,Lettuce was used as experimental material to study the effect of microbial fertilizer combined with urea on the cultivation of soil lettuce in solar greenhouse.A total of 5 treatments were included in the trial,including:(1)application of clear water as a control(CK)(2)application of urea(N)(3)70%conventional application of urea + 30% conventional application of microbial fertilizer(7N3W)(4)30% routine application of urea + 70% conventional Microbial fertilizer(3N7W)(5)applied only microbial fertilizer(W).The morphological,physiological,soil,yield and quality of lettuce were determined and the following conclusions were obtained:1.The combined application of microbial fertilizer and urea increased the content of available phosphorus,available potassium,alkali-hydrolysis nitrogen and organic matter in soil,reduced soil electrical conductivity,improved soil PH,and treatment of microbial fertilizer and urea,The effect of 3N7 W is better than applying only microbial fertilizer : W or only urea :N.2.Compared fertilization and urea,the application of only microbial or urea-only fertilizer,and combined application of microbial fertilizer and urea promoted the morphology of lettuce.Among them,the treatment with 7N3 W had the best effect on the above-ground part of the lettuce and underground.Some of the dry and fresh weight and plant height and leaf number had a greater impact.The dry and fresh weight of the above ground and underground parts of lettuce increased by95.79%,67.81%,58.42%,and 68%,respectively,and the plant height and number of leaves were higher than those of CK.CK increased by 25.12% and 42.42%.In terms of root indicators,the total root length,total root surface area,root average diameter,total root volume,number of root tip bifurcations,and root vigor of the lettuce were all increased to varying degrees compared to the control.3.Treatment of 3N7 W had the greatest effect on the net photosynthetic rate of lettuce,which was significantly increased by 41.78% compared to the control.For stomatal conductance,7N3 W treatment has the best effect on stomatal conductance.Compared with single fertilizer application,the application of microbial fertilizer reduced the intercellular CO2 concentration and decreased with the increase ofmicrobial fertilizer application amount.Compared with non-fertilizer treatment,all fertilization treatments increased the transpiration rate of lettuce leaves,and the effect of combined application was better than that of only urea.The higher the amount of urea added,the higher the content of nitrate and nitrite in lettuce.With the increase of microbial fertilizer application,the content of nitrate and nitrite will gradually decrease.The combination of microbial fertilizer and urea can increase the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein in lettuce.The VC content of microbial fertilizer combined with urea was higher than that of urea alone,and the VC content increased with the increase of microbial fertilizer application amount.In terms of yield,the yields of lettuces treated with 5 treatments were: 7N3W> N> 3N7W> W> CK.Treatments of 7N3 W and 3N7 W were significantly higher than those of CK,and yields were increased by 48.13% and36.16% respectively compared to CK.In this experiment,the combination of microbial fertilizer and urea,application of urea and microbial fertilizer alone had improved and improved the morphological,photosynthetic characteristics,quality,yield,soil organic matter content and soil p H of lettuce.The effect of the combined application of microbial fertilizer and urea is better than that of only urea or only microbial fertilizer. |
