| The purpose of this experiment is to investigate the effect of increasing CO2concentration in cucumber seedlings and fruiting stages,and in combination with the high temperature conditions during the fruiting period,to achieve improved planting and cultivation techniques for cucumber fruit quality.In the experimental design,grafted cucumber(rootstock:Yunnan black-skin squash,scion:Jinyou No.36 cucumber,grafting method:glutinous rice seedling)was used as the test material,referring to the recommended concentration of the current facility cultivation cucumber CO2 enrichment treatment research,to the cucumber Different concentrations of CO2 fertilization and high temperature treatment were gradually carried out in the two growth stages of the seedling stage and the result stage.In the seedling treatment,set N treatment:room temperature(25℃35℃);N+C treatment:normal temperature(25℃35℃)+CO2 enrichment(600ppm800 ppm),CO2 continuous increase 20 d(Do not use on cloudy days),compare the morphological indexes of cucumber seedlings after two treatments,select the cucumber seedlings with excellent growth performance as the test materials to enter the next phase of the test;enter the result period,start to select the optimal cucumber Seedlings were treated,set A room temperature(control):room temperature(25℃35℃);B room temperature+CO2:CO2 enrichment(1000 ppm1200 ppm)+room temperature(2535℃);C high temperature:high temperature(35℃45℃);D high temperature+CO2:CO2 enrichment(1000 ppm1200 ppm)+high temperature(35℃45℃)four kinds of treatment,CO2 continuous application of 20 d(Do not use on cloudy days),in the finally,the morphological indexes and nitrite,Vc,soluble sugar,soluble protein,fruit hardness and sensory evaluation of cucumber fruit were determined.Through the test results,we can learn that:1.Adding CO2(600 ppm800 ppm)at the seedling stage of cucumber can promote the growth of seedlings and increase the seedling index,which provides a good foundation for the growth of cucumber seedlings and prevents the cucumber seedlings from becoming prolonged,the cucumber seedlings showed better growth and development performance during the fruiting period.2.The cucumbers treated with CO2enrichment at room temperature during seedling stage are treated with high temperature and rich CO2(1000 ppm1200 ppm)during the flowering period,significantly reduce the content of nitrite in fruits,significantly increase the content of Vc,soluble protein and soluble sugar in fruits,and promote the growth and quality of cucumber fruits. |
