There exist fresh water shortage,salt water rich and low utilization rate of water and fertilizer in hetao irrigation district.In the region,carrying out experimental study Lycium barbarum brackish water irrigation and nitrogen interactions,through the water saving technology for integrated management of the sewage sludge,is the theoretical support for the development and utilization of brackish water resources and realize the local Chinese wolfberry effective agricultural production,is also great demand for the sustainable development of Inner Mongolia hetao irrigation district Lycium barbarum industry.This study adopts the method of combining experiment and theory to reveal Lycium barbarum effect under the condition of brackish water irrigation farmland environment,to explore the growth,yield,water use efficiency and quality of the response mechanism,and then puts forward the suitable Lycium barbarum water nitrogen NPK ratio for providing the beneficial referencethe of rational utilization of brackish water,fertilizer science water-saving control and improve the farmland environment.The main conclusions are as follows:?1?Drip irrigation of brackish water mainly affects the moisture content of 040cm soil layer.Soil water content increased with the increase of irrigation water.When irrigation amount was 2850m3·hm-2 and 3375m3·hm-2,nitrogen content increased more than 750kg·hm-2,the soil moisture content increased.The conductivity of 040cm soil layer decreases with the increase of irrigation water volume.There was a positive correlation between soil nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen content and nitrogen application amount,and the suitable amount of fertilizer application was 750kg·hm-2.The proper increase of irrigation amount can accelerate the conversion of ammonium nitrogen and promote the absorption of nitrate nitrogen in the root system;when irrigation amount exceeds 2850m3·hm-2,it is unfavorable for plants to absorb nitrate nitrogen.?2?The growth rate and total growth of the growth indexes of Lycium barbarum were inverted"V"with the increase of nitrogen application and irrigation,and the turning points of nitrogen application and irrigation amount were 750kg·hm-2 and 2850m3·hm-2 respectively.The growth of North and South crown is higher than that of East and West crown growth21.12%26.09%.When 2850m3·hm-2 and 750kg·hm-2 were applied,the growth of each growth index was the highest.?3?When nitrogen was applied at 750kg·hm-2,the yield increase was the best.Dry fruit yield decreased when irrigation volume exceeded 2850m3·hm-2.The yield of dried fruits of Lycium barbarum was the largest when irrigated 2850m3·hm-2 and nitrogen 750kg·hm-2.There was no significant difference in the dry and dry ratio of each treatment.Water use efficiency?WUE?and nitrogen partial productivity?PFP?of water and nitrogen treatments were significantly higher than those of CK treatment.The water use efficiency?WUE?decreased with the increase of irrigation volume,and showed an inverted"V"pattern with the increase of fertilizer amount.The nitrogen partial productivity?PFP?decreased with the increase of nitrogen amount,and the increase of irrigation amount could achieve the effect of promoting fertilizer by water,when irrigation amount exceeded 2850m3·hm-2,PFP decreased.?4?When irrigation was 2850m3·hm-2 and nitrogen 750kg·hm-2,the vertical diameter,transverse diameter,100 grain weight,flavonoids and carotenoid content were the highest.The contents of polysaccharides,total sugars and amino acids were highest when irrigation was2325 m3·hm-2 and nitrogen 750kg·hm-2.The contents of polysaccharides,total sugars and amino acids decreased with the increase of irrigation amount.When the irrigation volume was2850 m3·hm-2,the content of carotene and flavonoids reached the peak value.Within a certain range,flavonoids and carotenoids in Lycium barbarum were positively correlated with nitrogen amount.Within a certain range,flavonoids and carotenoids in Lycium barbarum were positively correlated with nitrogen amount,and the content decreased when nitrogen amount was 750 kg·hm-2.The contents of some water and nitrogen treatments were higher than that of CK.The results of comprehensive evaluation of Lycium barbarum showed that the quality of2850 m3·hm-2 and 750 kg·hm-2 were the best.?5?Comprehensive consideration of the feedback mechanism of the soil-crop system on water and nitrogen interaction under the drip irrigation of brackish water.W2N2 is the optimal treatment,and the water and nitrogen model suitable for goji is 2850m3·hm-2,and the nitrogen is 750 kg·hm-2.
