This research in view of the shortage of water resources in arid areas of middle NingXia,the problem of water and low fertilizer use efficiency,wetting DE biological technology co.,LTD in NingXia manor cultivating six years of Chinese wolfberry "Ning Qi 7" for the material,the use of membrane under the drip irrigation technology,using 2 factors(irrigation water(W),fertilizer rate(F))3 levels(W:65%ET0,85%ET0,105%ET0;F(N-P2O5-K2O,kg/hm2):135-45-90,180-60-120,225-75-150)completely random experiment design method,to study the response of lycium barbarum growth to different water and fertilizer conditions,select the best match water management solutions,as a reference of Chinese wolfberry efficient cultivation.The results show that:(1)The growth condition of Lycium Barbarum under W2 irrigation was better than other irrigation conditions.W3F3 inhibited the growth of the plant height,crown width,branches and leaf area of Lycium Barbarum to a certain extent,but promoted the trend of chlorophyll(SPAD)synthesis in Lycium Barbarum leaves.The maximum value of chlorophyll(SPAD)in leaves of Lycium Barbarum was 68.19 in the early flowering period and 53.8 in the growing period.(2)The diurnal dynamics of net photosynthetic rate(A),transpiration rate(E)and stomatal conductance(gsw)of Lycium Barbarum leaves at different growth stages were dominated by "Bimodal"changes,and their peaks mainly appeared around 10:00.The diurnal dynamics of intercellular CO2 concentration showed a "V" shape,and its lowest value appeared near 14:00.The photosynthetic intensity of lycium barbarum in the morning was better than that in the afternoon.(3)The effects of different irrigation,fertilization and irrigation-fertilization on the yield of Lycium Barbarum were significant.The yield of Lycium Barbarum under W2F3 treatment was the highest,7717.90kg/hm2.Through principal component analysis,a comprehensive evaluation function was established for 5 indexes of Lycium Barbarum,and the highest score was W3F1.W2F3(Drip irrigation amount:85%ET0,Fertilizer application amount:225-75-150(N-P2O5-K2O,kg/hm2)was used to determine the best water and fertilizer combination of yield and quality of Lycium Barbarum through the difference value of the weighted average.(4)Under different water and fertilizer application conditions,W2F3 had the highest irrigation water utilization efficiency and field group water utilization efficiency,which were 2.25kg/m3 and 3.38kg/m3,respectively.Partial fertilizer productivity(PFP)under the condition of low fertilizer application amount(F1),partial fertilizer productivity increases with the increase of irrigation amount.The maximum partial productivity of fertilizer is 8.24kg/kg,and the minimum is 3.58kg/kg.The average partial productivity of fertilizer was 5.67kg/kg under the conditions of water and fertilizer application.(5)Irrigation factors play an important role in promoting the soil water distribution.With the increase of irrigation water,the water in the soil moves to the deep layer obviously.Under the same fertilization and different irrigation conditions in different growth periods,the soil volume moisture content decreases with the increase of soil depth.Under the same fertilization conditions in different growth periods,the soil volume moisture content at the same depth of soil layer was as follows:?v(W3F)>?v(W2F)>?v(W1F).Under the same irrigation condition,the soil volume water content did not change significantly with the change of fertilizer application amount.The correlation degree of irrigation and fertilization factors with soil nitrate nitrogen content was as follows:Fertilization factor>Irrigation factor.(6)Based on the results of the effects of water and fertilizer application conditions on the growth and physiological indexes and utilization efficiency of lycium barbarum,the best water and fertilizer application management scheme is W2F3.In other words,if the cumulative rainfall reaches 175.50mm or above from may to September,irrigation shall be conducted according to 3428.70m3/hm2,and fertilization shall be conducted according to 225-75-150(N-P2O5-K2O,kg/hm2).
