| With the increasing demand for sea cucumbers,the density of aquaculture is increasing.From January 2017 to December 2017,three different water quality management models(water conservator,bottom oxygenation,natural tidal water intake)were selected to control the healthy culture of sea cucumbers.The annual microbial test was carried out to monitor the annual quantitative changes and floristic composition of Vibrio,heterotrophic and Bacillus in water under three water quality management models,and the annual changes and floristic composition of Vibrio,heterotrophic and Bacillus in sediment.Annual quantitative changes and regions of Vibrio,heterotrophic and Bacillus in the intestinal tract of Sea Cucumber The effects of the three regulation methods on water quality are compared.The results are as follows:during the experiment,the annual quantitative changes and floristic composition of Vibrio,heterotrophic and Bacillus in the three ponds were as follows: the annual variation trend of the three species of Vibrio ponds was approximately the same.In most months,the content of Vibrio in natural pond was higher than that in bottom oxygenation and aquarium pond,but the level of Vibrio in aquarium pond was at a low level.The variation of Vibrio in three ponds was first increased and then decreased,and reached the highest value in September.The number of heterotrophic bacteria gradually increased from April to the maximum in July-September,and then decreased sharply,the fluctuation range of natural tidal pond was the largest,and the fluctuation range of aquiculture pond was the smallest,the variation trend of heterotrophic bacteria was similar,and the number of heterotrophic bacteria gradually increased to the maximum in July-September.The annual variation trend of Bacillus spp is approximately the same.In most months,the number of Bacillus species in natural tidal pond is higher than that in bottom oxygenation pond and aquarium pond,and the bottom oxygenation pond is always at a low level.The number of Bacillus sp.In the three ponds increased first and then decreased,and reached the highest value in the whole year in September.The largest dominant bacteria phylum in three kinds of ponds were all Proteus.During the experiment,the annual quantitative changes and floristic composition of Vibrio,heterotrophic bacteria and Bacillus in the bottom mud of the three ponds were as follows: the changes of Vibrio numbers in the three models were similar,and the natural tidal absorption ponds had the biggest changes in the whole year.The annual variation trend of heterotrophic bacteria was the same,the largest change in the annual number of heterotrophic bacteria was in the aquarium pond,and the smallest change was in the natural tidal absorption pond,which reached the highest value in August and September.The number of bacillus in the bottom oxygenation pond is the smallest in the annual variation,and the natural tidal water pond has a large change in the amount of Bacillus.The largest dominant bacteria phylum in the three kinds of ponds were all Proteus.During the experiment,the annual quantity and floristic composition of Vibrio,heterotrophic and Bacillus in the intestine of sea cucumber cultured in three kinds of ponds were as follows: the changes of the three kinds of bacteria in the intestinal tract of sea cucumbers were increased first and then decreased.In August,the number of Vibrio in the bottom oxygenation pond was always higher than that in the natural tide and aquarium pond,the heterotrophic bacteria in the intestinal tract of sea cucumber was the least in the pond,and the change of heterotrophic bacteria in the intestinal tract of sea cucumber was the biggest in the pond.The annual number of Bacillus in the intestinal tract of sea cucumber in bottom oxygenation pond was lower than that in water collector and natural tidal pond.The largest dominant phylum in three kinds of ponds were all phylum of Proteus and phylum flouricus. |
