Nibea coibors is one of the main breeding seawater fishes along the coast of China,with delicate meat,its swim bladder is rare cordial of chinese herbology,has the very high development prospects.Seawater and brackish water resources are rich in our country,at the same time,nibea coibors is euryhaline fishes.Therefore,nibea coibors cultured in sea water or brackish water has important significance to the development of its culturing industry.Based on nibea coibor as the research object,set the 4‰,6‰,8‰,11‰,20‰and 29‰salinities,including salinity of 29‰for the control group,raising healthy Nibea coibor 56 d which the original weight were 2.33±0.003g,respectively.To study the influences of salinity on its growth,feeding,the whole fish body composition,ATPase in gill,alkaline phosphatase(AKP)in liver,antioxidant system,muscle and swimbladder nutritional compositions.The results were listed below:(1)Effects of salinity on growth,feeding and the whole fish body composition for Nibea coiborThe influences of salinity on the weight,average weight gain,rates of weight gain and condition factor for N ibea coibor was not significant(P>0.05),But for the survival rate and feed conversation rate was significant(P<0.05).The survival rate of 29‰was significantly less than the rest of the salinities(P<0.05),no significant difference in survival rate between the rests(P>0.05).Feed conversation rate of between29‰and 20‰was not significant(P>0.05),however,feed conversation rate of 29‰and 20‰was significantly bigger than others(P<0.05),no significant difference in the others(P>0.05).on the contraly,fluences of salinity on moisture and crude p rotein was not significant(P>0.05),but for ash and crude fat was significant(P<0.05).With the increase of salinity,whole fish ash content showed a trend of increase after the first reduce and whole fish crude fat was r increased afte reduced first and then decreased trend.(2)Effects of salinity on ATPase in gill,alkaline phosphatase(AKP)in liver and antioxidant system for N ibea coiborFluences of salinity on ATPase in gill and alkaline phosphatase(AKP)in liver was significant(P<0.05).With the increase of salinity,Na~+K~+-ATPase showed a trend of increase after the first reduce and then decreased trend,however,AKP was reduced after increased first and then increased trend.On the contraly,fluences of salinity on CAT,GSH-Px,SOD and MDA in liver was significant(P<0.05).With the increase of salinity,CAT showed a trend of reduce after the first increase and then decreased after increased trend,GSH-Px,SOD and MDA was reduced after increased first and then increased trend.(3)Effects of salinity on muscle and swimbladder nutritional compositions for Nibea coiborFluences of salinity on moisture in muscle was significant(P<0.05),but for moisture in swimbladder was not significant(P>0.05).Moisture in muscle was significantly bigger than moisture in swimbladder under the same salinity(P<0.05).With the increase of salinity,moisture in muscle showed a trend of reduce.Fluences of salinity on crude protein in muscle and swimbladder was significant(P<0.05).Crude protein in muscle was significantly littler than that in swimbladder under the same salinity(P<0.05).With the increase of salinity,crude protein in muscle showed a trend of increase,but for that in swimbladder showed a trend of reduce.Fluences of salinity on collagen in swimbladder was significant(P<0.05),but for that in muscle was not significant(P>0.05).Collagen in muscle was significantly littler than that in swimbladder under the same salinity(P<0.05).With the increase of salinity,collagen in swimbladder showed a trend of reduce.Gly or Glu was highest for all kinds of amino acid in muscle.Fluences of salinity on Glu in muscle was significant(P<0.05),but for the others was not significant(P>0.05).Glycine(Gly)was highest,but Cystine(Cys),methionine(Met)and proline(Pro)was more little for all kinds of amino acid in swimbladder.Fluences of salinity on glutamic(Glu),Pro and Gly in swimbladder was significant(P<0.05),but for the others was not significant(P>0.05).In conclusion,the breeding effect of nibea coibor had been improved by the appropriate reducing salinity of aquaculture environment such as reducing feed conversation rates and improving the survival rates,at the same time,its osmotic adjustment,nonspecific immune and antioxidant system had been activated,the muscle quality had been improved at a certain extent such as increasing the crude protein,and the collagen in its swim bladder had also been increased.
