Agriculture is the foundation of our country,and the seed is the source of life,the safety of seed industry is related to the rise and fall of China's agriculture.At present,there are problems such as system control and detection instability,low degree of automation,less detection and control parameters,in order to make better use of existing technology for seed storage,this paper designs an intelligent seed storage based on STM32,developed system control hardware and software,by changing the ambient temperature,humidity,gas composition and content to carry out seed storage.Experiments show that the designed seed bin can meet the requirements of seed storage,can realize the seed storage detection and control automation,can maximize the seed quality and the use of value.The main work of this paper is as follows:The STM32-based intelligent seed storage warehouse was designed and tested.The overall size of the seed storage warehouse was 2300mm×2200mm×1700mm,which was divided into seed storage room and cold storage tank.The intelligent seed storage control system based on STM32 was designed and controlled.The system includes data acquisition,environmental parameter control,human-computer interaction interface,host computer,communication system and so on.The control system hardware selects the relevant sensors which meet the requirements of the seed bin data acquisition system,including the temperature and humidity sensor DHT11,the temperature sensor DS18B20,the CO2 sensor MG811,the O2 concentration sensor Grove-Gas Sensor.The feasibility study of the regulation of the environmental parameters of the seed bank was carried out by cold storage for temperature control,liquid nitrogen and liquid carbon dioxide,and the dehumidifier was dehumidified.Select the line to meet the needs of the wireless transmission module,using SIM900 A integrated module for data transmission.The control system software designs the remote data transmission system,uses the sensor to collect the data,transmits the collected data to the main control chip,the master chip transmits to the man-machine interaction interface through the Modbus bus,transmits to the host computer through the wireless communication module SIM900 A Data transmission and storage.The design of the human-computer interaction interface based on Modbus bus is divided into five parts: user login module,system setting module engineering management module,time setting simulation,language setting module;The project management module includes: temperature control,humidity control,carbon dioxide regulation,oxygen control,historical curve,mode selection,alarm event,system description.Designed based on Lab VIEW,the host computer platform can realize the monitoring and adjustment of the environmental parameters of the seed bank,The host computer through the network transmission module SIM900 A,access and send data to the network server,seed warehouse master chip and then log on to the network server to obtain data and send data to achieve real-time detection and control of the seed warehouse.In this paper,the design of the hardware and software,the seed warehouse sensor,host computer,human-computer interface was tested,can be effective work.The feasibility of the seed storage control system is verified,which can meet the requirements of seed storage.Experiments show tha t the optimum return duct length is 450 mm,the best shutter opening angle is 90 o,the optimal regulation of initial regulation of carbon dioxide is 3%,and the optimal value of initial regulation is about 7%.
