The growth of lentinula edodes has strict requirements on environmental factors,Many factors in the environment affect the growth of mushrooms,and the most stringent requirements were temperature and humidity.In order to ensure the healthy growth of lentinula edodes at various times,the production of lentinula edodes need two conditions.Firstly,environmental factors required for different growth stages of lentinula edodes have to be accurately grasped;Secondly,environment in the greenhouse has to be strictly controlled.The factors affecting the temperature and humidity of the greenhouse are mainly divided into factors outside the greenhouse and factors inside the greenhouse.Changes in the weather such as rain and sunlight are external factors that cause temperature and humidity changes in the mushroom greenhouse;The temperature and humidity changes caused by heat-dissipating and transpiration of crops are internal factors.In traditional greenhouses,it is difficult to control the influence of internal and external factors for indoor temperature and humidity,leading to reduced production.Thus,it is particularly important to control temperature and humidity accurately for farmers.An intelligent control system of greenhouse based on wireless sensors and intelligent control technology was developed in the paper.It realized the on-line monitoring of the main environmental parameters of greenhouse,the automatic control of actuator and the scientific management.In this paper,we first defined parameters and characteristics of greenhouse,Then the temperature and humidity of the mushroom canopy were analyzed.According to the characteristics of the environmental temperature and humidity environment of greenhouse,we designed the scheme of the system,and the function of the system was clarified.It mainly had the function of temperature and humidity detection,the control function of the equipment in the greenhouse,and the management function.The modular design of the system was divided into three parts:detection function module,control module and management function module.The design of the detection function module was to collect the temperature and humidity data by wireless sensor in greenhouse and wireless sensors were distributed in the greenhouse to form a star-type network topology to collect the data of each point.The date was first transferred to the sink node by WiFi technology,They are then integrated into the aggregation node so that they could be more responsive to the environment in greenhouse.The control function was mainly to control the related equipment based on the temperature and humidity of the sensors.The adaptive fuzzy PID controller was used to design this part based on the control theory and fuzzy control theory.It made the control of temperature and humidity be more rapid and accurate.Management function module realized remote control of the monitoring system by using intelligent mobile phone to connect to the WiFi.According to the analysis of each functional module of greenhouse,the mobile phone application software which includes the function of each module was designed and it supported a simple management interface.The whole system only needs simple operation that could realize the control of the equipment in the greenhouse and monitor the environment in the greenhouse remotely.The system designed in this paper has been applied in the planting of lentinula edodes mushroom in PingNan county,which can control the temperature and humidity of mushroom sheds accurately,increase the yield of the lentinula edodes and increase the income of the farmers.The large-scale promotion of this system is of great significance to the development of the mushroom industry. |
