In order to get a better understand on the research,which about the effects of allelochemicals in tobacco leafs on tobacco and its subsequent crops.Select flue-cured tobacco variety K326,Sun-cured tobacco varieties Tong Ling sun cured tobacco and rice soybean as materials.The seeds and seedlings of each variety were selected for indoor culture dish germination test and pot experiment.To research allelopathic effects and physiological and biochemical changes of Tobacco Leaf Aqueous Infusion on Seed and Seedling of each variety.All varieties of germination rate,biomass accumulation,root activity,chlorophyll content,MDA content,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,free proline content and resistance physiological indexes of various enzymes were determined.To explore the mechanism of allelopathy.The results showed that:1.Effects of allelopathy on seed germination rate and germination potential,flue-cured tobacco variety K326 and Sun-cured tobacco varieties Tong Ling sun cured tobacco Showing a low to promote high suppression of the law of change.Soybean and rice were restrained to different extent.2.Effects of allelopathy on root length and fresh weight of seed,it showed the law of low growth and high inhibition.3.Effects of allelopathy on root activity..it showed the law of low growth and high inhibition.The chlorophyll content decreased with the increase of the extract concentration.The content of free Pro increased with the increase of the extract concentration4.Effect of allelopathy on soluble sugar content of varieties.showed the law of low concentration and high concentration.But soluble protein decreased with increasing concentration.5.Effects of allelopathy on the related indexes of reactive oxygen species in cells.The content of MDA increased with the increase of the concentration of the extract.The activity of SOD and CAT showed a low concentration and high concentration.The trend of POD activity showed the law of low concentration growth high concentration inhibition.6.The low of the indexes of all varieties were similar,But under different concentrations dispose the change range of different varieties is difference.And there was a great difference among different indexes.
