Paralichthys olivaceus is a marine fish that has economic value and has an important position in the aquaculture industry in many countries in Asia. However, increasing industrial aquaculture makes P.olivaceus sensitive to a variety of pathogenic bacteria(bacteria, viruses, and parasites)and the frequent occurrence of various infectious diseases has caused serious economic losses. This outbreak of lymphocystis disease has become a bottleneck restricting the development of P.olivaceus culture. In order to reduce the impact of lymphocystis disease, exploring the relevant immune system to explore the defense mechanism of lymphocyst virus,it is of great significance to establish disease-resistant varieties or develop effective vaccines and anti-microbial drugs. The main experimental results in this paper are as follows:(1)Transcriptome resequencing was performed on the gingival head kidney of patients with lymphocystis disease(S)and lymphocystis disease(R).After the original data obtained through quality control,we obtained the average sequence in the disease-resistant group. The number of articles was 57,017,071,including 5065221585 bp of clean data. The average number of disease sequences in the disease group was 53221069,including 5,307,405,541 bp of clean data, and more than 90% of the base values were above 96.91%.And the resulting clean data and gingival reference transcriptome mapping ratio exceeds 82.73%.(2)Using p...
