China is a traditional agricultural power which has a large area of farmland.Accounts for 8% of the total area of cultivated land in the world.The maturity of the grain is relatively concentrated,especially in the harvest season,the combine harvester is the main harvester which puts forward higher requirements on the automation extent of the combine harvester.Domestic combine harvester generally low automatic degree.The lack of uniformity in crop height,crop height,ground level,etc,results in an ongoing adjustment of the harvester joystick,the adjustment of the parameter of the parts depends on the workers experience and the actual operation situation adjust the mechanical lever,the control is not convenient,manipulation of strength,process is multifarious.For the above questions,study of combine harvester's power and automatic control,combine harvester's header parameters controller adjustment is designed.To achieve combine harvester's header parameters electric adjusted.First proposed reel speed automatic control method was designed,reel speed changing with operating speed automatic adjustment was designed.The parameter of combine harvester's header system are height of header,height of reel,position before and after the rotation,rotation speed,frequency of the cutter,rotation speed of header and so on.In view of the combine harvester's header system,this paper selects height of header,height of reel height,and rotation speed as the measurement and control object,and the design combine harvester's header parameters controller.The controller is mainly composed of sensing module,such as detecting operation speed,header height,rotary speed and position,and the PLC control unit,display module,key module,header component drive module,etc.The sensing module mainly tests header parameters(include of the height of header,the position of the reel,the rotation speed of the reel)and the operating speed,and the detection signal is input to the PLC control unit for processing,and the display module displays header parameters and operation speed.At the same time,the receiving key information is processed by PLC,and the corresponding header drive module can be used to realize the electric adjustment of the header parameter.During the working process of the combine harvester,the ratio between the operating speed and the reel speed is the important factor that influences the loss of grain,and when the operating speed changes,you need to adjust the reel speed to match it,so that achieved the guidance,push,cut,and the delivery procedure for crop.In this paper,a automatic control method of reel speed was put forward,and the mathematical model of reel speed was set up,and the fuzzy control algorithm was combined with PID control algorithm to realize automatic control of reel speed.Use GX Work2 and GT Designer3 software platform for the design,mainly includes:program control of PLC designed,sensor signal acquisition program designed,reel speed automatic control program designed,display module,interface designed,etc.The design adjustment device was installed on the test prototype of the combine harvester,and the parameters of the header were tested.In the field,the function test was conducted on the height of header,the rotation speed and the position of the reel.The test results showed that the design of the header parameter controller adjusting device could realize the electric adjustment of the parameters when manual key control,such as the height of header,the height of reel,the position and speed of reel.Height of header,height of reel,the height of reel,the position and speed of reel adjustment of relative error was 7.4%,3.4%,2.0% and 7.8% respectively.The maximum operating speed error was 3.4%.When operating speed changed about0.3m/s,model calculated change in theoretical value of rotating speed about 12r/min,and reel speed automatically adjusted the response time about 0.8s,adjusted time about 1.7s,and control accuracy was 91.5%,meet the requirements.Basically meet the requirements of parameter to adjust the header,and provide technical support for combine harvester wit can operate.
