Wet irrigation technology is self-developed by the College of agriculture of Guizhou University,a water-saving irrigation;crops can be achieved for water and used nutrient efficiency. In this pater, through research and analysis of spatial dynamics of soil moisture conditions under wetting irrigation, and taking cherry radish as the research object,to explore the effect of wetting irrigation on crop growth. At the same time,we studied the effect of N and K application on the yield and quality of cherry radish under the condition of wetting irrigating. We also explore the optimal combination of nitrogen and potassium for the growth of cherry radish by quadratic polynomial regression analysis. The results are as follows:1.Four kinds of irrigation devices in the horizontal, soil moisture content are only slightly different. In the vertical direction, the soil moisture content is expressed as increasing from top to bottom. The performance in the uniformity comparison of spatial soil moisture content is humid irrigation?only with blocking plate?only with collecting plate ? traditional irrigation.2.Soil moisture retention is shown as complete wetting(ZC)> only trays(C)> only barrier(Z)? control(CK).On the 20 th day,the average soil moisture content of the first to fourth layers was 6.1%,15.8%,18.4% and 19.8% respectively.Under the condition of complete wetting and irrigation, the average soil moisture content from the first to the fourth layer was 30.1%,30.0%,30.1% and 30.6% respectively.3.The rate of decrease of soil moisture content under the condition of complete wetting and irrigation was significantly smaller than that of other irrigation treatments. With the passage of time, under different irrigation conditions, the average soil moisture content of each layer showed a linear decline trend.Through the linear equation for lead analysis showthat The reduction rate of soil moisture content in CK and only barrier was much higher than that of only trawl and complete wetting. The soil moisture content of ZC treatment is the smallest.4.Wetted irrigation has a beneficial effect on the growth of cherry radish in different periods.Experimental results show that the fresh weight, dry weight, fresh weight, dry weight, and underground diameter of cherry radish were full wetting irrigation> only trays> only barrier> control in different periods. The difference has reached a significant level between complete wetting irrigation and other treatments. There was no obvious regular difference in Moisture content ?total phenol conten ?soluble protein content and chlorophyll content of cherry radish under different irrigation treatments.5.Under wetting irrigation conditions,The content of N,P and K in cherry radish change not significant, and There was no regularity difference in the trend of soil available nutrient change compared with other treatments.6.Under the condition of wetting and irrigating, the application of nitrogen and potassium had a significant effect on the growth of cherry radish. The results showed that the plant height, the underground volume, the fresh weight of the underground, the fresh weight of the shoots and the fresh weight of the whole plant were the best when the N = 0.2 g / kg and K = 0.2 g / kg.When the fertilization ratio is N = 0.6 g / kg,K = 0.4 g / kg,the amount of cherry radish biomass accumulation is the largest.By comparing the fresh weight of the cherry radish with the nitrogen and potassium fertilization levels by quadratic polynomial regression analysis, and the results showed that the best the nitrogen and potassium combined application is N=0.2296 g/kg and K=0.2594 g/kg.7.Under the wet irrigaton condition, the combination of nitrogen and potassium had a significant effect on the quality of cherry radish.Through the regression analysis we can draw the following conclusions. The optimum combination of nitrogen and potassium for phytate content, total flavonoid content, total phenol content, inorganic phosphorus content, soluble protein content and amino content of was N=0.3395g/kg,K=0g/kg;N=0.4515 g/kg,K=0.3305 g/kg;N=0.6 g/kg,K=0.5286 g/kg;N=0.6 g/kg,K=0.6g/kg;N=0.2773 g/kg,K=0.2396g/kg;N=0.6 g/kg,K=0g/kg respectively.8.Simultaneously Fertilizing N+ and K+ on the cherry radish The effect of yield and quality owas not have synchronism.Fertilization in a certain range. The effect of N and K on the yield and quality of cherry radish has synergistic and interaction effects.
