With the increasing in the number of agricultural machinery in China,and the continuous development of intelligent agricultural machinery,it is of great significance to strengthen the intellectualization and informatization management of agricultural machinery to improve the management level of agricultural machinery and realize agricultural modernization.With the coming of “Internet+”,the advanced technologies such as cloud computing,data sharing and data mining provide methods and means for agricultural machinery informatization and intelligent management.For the existing problems of traditional agricultural machinery management system,such as single function,limited user,data sharing cannot be achieved,data information is not fully exploited,which lead to the waste of resource.In the combination with the existed advanced technology,this paper proposes to establish a data sharing platform for intelligent agricultural machine management information system based on "Internet +".System integrates Man-machine management,operation management,operation scheduling,remote monitoring(remote monitoring of operation process and machine working state),decision support,online training,and other functions.The system connects farmers,agricultural machinery management departments,agricultural machinery enterprises,after-sales maintenance,spare parts supply,tractor drivers,machine owners and other independent organizations or individuals.It also provides the basic data for the system platform while sharing the big data of the system platform,and makes the agricultural machine management enter the era of big data.Therefore,the following research was conducted:(1)According to general idea and method of software development,the system is analyzed.The system development principle,development mode,development environment configuration and development tool are confirmed,this article designs the whole structure,network structure,functional structure and organizational structure,The functional realize process are described in detail by flowchart.(2)System development is based on Windows Server 2008 operating system.Using Apache as the network server,and setting up a platform for the intelligent agricultural machine management information system based on "Internet +" by using the PHP network development language and MySQL system database.(3)To adopt modular design method to divide the system into four subsystems,such as man-machine management subsystem,operating management subsystem,decision management subsystem,integrated information management subsystem.It designs and realizes the man-machine management subsystem,operation management subsystem,purchasing machine and selection decision management module of decision management subsystem respectively:This article has a demand analysis of database system,and the conceptual model of the system database is designed with E-R diagram,and the logical structure of the system database is determined.Finally,phpMyAdmin was adopted to complete the system database,website and the human-computer interaction interface was developed in Dreamweaver.It realizes the management,updating,sharing and mining of database data information for management system.as well as operation scheduling,real-time monitoring for the operation parameters of operation unit and other functions..This paper introduces the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,analytic hierarchy process,and genetic algorithm based on the projection tracking method to establish the model of purchasing machine and selection decision,to compile the model by MATLAB.By using COM component technology,MATLAB algorithm model is packaged as COM component to build the model library.The knowledge base is established by using semi-automatic knowledge acquisition,and the inference engine of machine selection decision is designed by using positive deterministic inference method.The online management of information such as knowledge base,model library and purchasing machine and selection decision and other functions are realized.(4)The system test adopts white box test to test the system program logic structure and program running process,and function implementation was tested by black box test.The test results show that the system meets the requirements of data sharing based on the background of "Internet+",it also meets the requirements of system function design,can realize two-way transmission of information between client and data,The system has high stability and reliability.The system in favor of improving management level and efficiency of agricultural machinery informatization,conducive to promoting agricultural modernization and increasing the economic benefits of agricultural production.It can be widely used in agricultural machinery management system to provide new management ideas and methods for agricultural machinery information and intelligent management.
