| China’s agriculture has developed rapidly,and the number of agricultural machinery and equipment has increased year by year,but for the management level of agricultural machinery,it is still in a backward state compared with developed countries,and good agricultural machinery management and scheduling can reduce the energy consumption of agricultural production and improve the efficiency of agricultural machinery operations.In recent years,although the level of agricultural machinery scheduling and management in China has made great progress,there are still problems of backward technology,inefficient model,lack of macro-control or insufficient control capabilities.With the rapid development of information technology,it is possible to manage and schedule agricultural machinery equipment based on Internet technology and artificial intelligence technology,and the use of information platform for automatic management and scheduling can greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of scheduling compared with manual operation.In order to change the problems of low efficiency and backward methods in agricultural machinery scheduling management in China at this stage,this study designed a set of construction logic and scheduling optimization methods of agricultural machinery management scheduling platform based on Internet of Things and AI technology,and the main research contents and results are as follows:1.Agricultural machinery management and scheduling mainly faces multidimensional collaboration problems such as large agricultural machinery ownership and low degree of informatization,lack of scientific scheduling and low efficiency,and crossregional operations put forward new requirements for agricultural machinery management and scheduling.In order to solve the above problems in scheduling management,it is necessary to connect agricultural machinery and equipment to the Internet with the help of the Internet of Things,establish a big data database for agricultural operations,and use big data for agricultural machinery scheduling.2.In this study,the relevant functions of the agricultural machinery management and scheduling platform are designed,and the system platform application level design with the user layer,platform layer,data processing layer and information transmission layer as the main hierarchical logic is constructed.By dividing users into four roles:regulatory department,agricultural machinery owner,grower and regulatory department,the overall operation mode of the system platform is designed.The basic information database was constructed with operation information,agricultural machinery hangar location data and agricultural machinery configuration information as basic information,and the task flow of agricultural machinery management and scheduling system was designed.3.Based on the Time-Driven Activity-Based Costing method,the scheduling activity costing scoring equation is constructed:CTotal=C0(X1Tg+X2Ct+X3TD+X4CD)Taking this equation as the basic logic of AI scheduling optimization,the model optimization theory based on AI technology is designed,and the scheduling supervision platform construction logic is constructed with the user and the supervision system as the interaction end,and the scheduling system,database and Wechat-mini-program as the program side.4.From the aspects of agricultural machinery power resource sharing,the construction of intelligent agricultural machinery scheduling service platform,and the training and construction of agricultural machinery related talent team,the promotion of agricultural machinery scheduling platform under the Internet of Things and AI technology was discussed. |
