Forest is the most important vegetation type of terrestrial ecosystem in the world,and it is also the largest carbon storage in the earth.It plays a key role in maintaining global carbon balance and slowing down the greenhouse effect.In view of this,based on the research results in this paper reviews the domestic and international forest carbon sink area,in Inner Mongolia Daxing?Anling Forest Region in larix gmelinii forest as the research object,based on the data of forest resource inventory and field investigation,Analysis of the different age groups of tree layer,shrub layer,herb layer and the layer of soil carbon distribution law,and estimates the value of total of Daxinganling Larch Forest carbon sinks,Draw the following conclusions:1.The carbon content of Larix gmelinii forest in Xingan was 51.44%.The carbon content of young forest(the average carbon content of all organs)was 52.01%,followed by near mature forest(51.86%),middle age forest(51.57%),mature forest(51.01%),and the lowest carbon content of over ripe forest was 50.76%.The 5 age groups in different organs of component biomass allocation:young tree(14.77t/hm~2)>branch(2.17t/hm~2)>bark(0.26t/hm~2)>leaves(0.18t/hm~2),forest biomass in the Mid-maturation forest:trunk(50.42t/hm~2)>branch(15.18t/hm~2)>bark(0.80t/hm~2)>leaves(0.44t/hm~2),near mature forest biomass:trunk(118.51t/hm~2)>branch(33.61t/hm~2)>bark(1.49t/hm~2)>leaves(0.88t/hm~2),thematureforest biomass:trunk(139.60t/hm2)>branch(36.43t/hm2)>bark(1.61t/hm2)>leaves(1.12t/hm2),the overmature forest biomass:trunk(146.16t/hm2)>branch(38.82t/hm2)>bark(1.97t/hm~2)>leaf(1.23t/hm~2).2.There were some differences in the carbon content of shrub layer in different age groups.The carbon content of shrub layer in Mid-maturation forest was 50.60%,followed by near-mature forest(50.42%),mature forest(50.31%),young forest(49.91%),and the carbon content of shrub layer in the over mature forest was the smallest(49.38%);The shrub layer biomass of each age group is not the same,the middle age forest stage shrub biomass maximum(6.25t/hm~2),followed by the young forest(3.51t/hm~2),near-mature forest(2.91t/hm~2),the mature forest(2.42t/hm~2),over mature forest(2.1t/hm~2).3.The herb layer carbon content in different age groups are different,of which the grass layer carbon content of up to 48.12%in young forest,followed by the mid-age forest(47.96%),near-mature forest(47.05%),mature forest(46.91%),mature forestat least 45.95%.Herbaceous biomass has a significant difference in the distribution of various age groups,the size of the order:the young forest(6.85t/hm~2)>mid-age forest(6.18t/hm~2)>near-mature forest(4.15t/hm~2)>the mature forest(2.44t/hm~2)>overmature forest(2.32t/hm~2).4.The carbon density of different depth of soil was also significantly different,the carbon density of 0-20cm soil layer was:young forest(60.26t/hm~2)<middle age forest(78.40t/hm~2)<82.26t/hm~2>mature forest(84.84t/hm~2)<over mature forest(85.45t/hm~2),and the change of carbon density of soil layer of 21 to 40cm:young forest(55.03t/hm~2).<middle age forest(64.95t/hm~2)<near mature forest(72.49t/hm~2)<mature forest(77.23t/hm~2)>over mature forest(80.08t/hm~2).The carbon density in the soil layer above 40cm is:young forest(40.76t/hm~2)<middle age forest(50.44t/hm~2)<mature forest(56.18t/hm~2)>over mature forest(57.98t/hm~2).The results showed that the soil carbon content in the soil layer of the 0-20cm was the highest,followed by the 21-40cm soil layer,and the soil carbon content in the soil above 40cm was the smallest.5.The total carbon reserves of the Xingan Larix in Greater Khingan Range forest area of Inner Mongolia(excluding roots and litter)is 590 million 990 thousand T,which is traded at the price of 10 US dollars/t.The carbon sink value of the forest is 5billion 910 million dollars,of which the maximum value of soil carbon sink is$3billion 669 million,the carbon sink value of the arbor layer is 2 billion 61 million,and the carbon sink value of the herb layer is 91 million.The minimum value of shrub carbon sinks is US$89 million.
