Influence Of Three Kinds Of Chinese Mongolian Medicine Additive To Forage Silage Quality

The research uses three kinds of Chinese Mongolian medicinal materials of Terminalia chebula Retz,Inula helenium L and Sophora flavescens Ait as silage addictive,uses high moisture oats and alfalfa as raw materials to prepare bag silage and contrast with raw materials grass silage without any addictive.In high moisture oats,mixing and adding with lactic acid bacteria respectively while comparing three kinds of Chinese Mongolian medicinal materials addictive with lactic acid bacteria additive,analyze influence to grass silage in indifferent quality,define effect and best add proportion of three kinds of Chinese Mongolian medicinal materials additive.In laboratory,to test chemical content and quality of fermentation of two kinds of grass silage,including six test projects as dry matter,crude protein,ammonia nitrogen,acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber,pH,organic acid.The purpose of research is to provide scientific reference for green and safe Chinese Mongolian medicinal materials of plant nature used as forage silage addictive,so that to explore a new channel for improving forage's security and provide service for developing animal husbandry steadily.The research result indicated: both addictives of Terminalia chebula Retz and Inula helenium L can improve quality of fermentation of high moisture oat silage and alfalfa silage,the best add concentration is 1% Terminalia chebula Retz and 1.5%Inula helenium L,and improvement effect is close to effect of adding lactic acid bacteria single agent;adding mixed Terminalia chebula Retz and Inula helenium L in three different concentrations is better than adding single agent of civil incense,mixing Sophora flavescens Ait and lactobacillus in three different concentrations also improved Sophora flavescens Ait's medicine effect;as you can see that utilizing concentration of silage addictive of Chinese Mongolian medicines is the key.It primarily proved that Chinese and Mongolian medicine plays an improvement role to fermented quality of herbage silage.Influence of three kinds of medicines to two kinds of forage silage nutrient composition is greatly different.Terminalia chebula Retz has no influence to high moisture oats,however,adding 1% Terminalia chebula Retz in alfalfa silage can improve crude protein content obviously,0.5% Inula helenium L can improve crudeprotein content of two kinds of grass silage,which mat be relate to its promotion of lactic acid,however,improvement of Inula helenium L concentration will make crude protein content fell,which is because that Inula helenium L belongs to element drug,high concentration will play a promotional role to bad silage microorganism;crude protein content of Sophora flavescens Ait will fall,ADF,NDF contents will improve obviously after adding 0.5% high moisture oats,which indicated that microbial's activity is strong and consumed protein,not by sugar content;adding 1.5% Sophora flavescens Ait in alfalfa,crude protein content improved obviously,which may be relate to high content of crude protein of Sophora flavescens Ait.All in all,component of Chinese Mongolian medicine is complex,context is more complex,it needs to combine with effective content of Chinese and Mongolian medicine plants to research in the future.
