| With the adjustment of agricultural structure and the support of the strategic economic policy of the special forest and fruit industry in Xinjiang,the jujube industry has become the dominant industry in Xinjiang,and pruning is an important part of the development of jujube industry.Aiming at these pruning branches,the farmers ’ treatment methods are piled burning or burying in situ,which not only pollute the environment,but also increase the burden of soil,this problem has become an important factor restricting the development of jujube industry.At present,domestic and foreign grinding machine is very common,but more for straw and other crops,and straw crops and JuJube branch of the material characteristics of a greater difference.Therefore,it is urgent to study a branch crushing and return field device specially aimed at the planting pattern of the planted JuJube garden,to solve the problems of the branches difficult and to promote the healthy and rapid development of Xinjiang red industry.On the basis of the study of planting patterns and the distribution law of the JuJube branches after pruning,this paper studies the material characteristics of the shear strength of JuJube branch,determines the diameter and water content is the main factor affecting the shear strength,and obtains the maximum shear strength of the branch 49.55 MPa by experiment.According to the requirements of agronomy,this paper puts forward the overall design requirements of the plant for crushing and planting of the branch of the planted JuJube orchard,determines the overall structure and space allocation of the plant,determines the key mechanism as the pick-up mechanism and the crushing mechanism,and designs and selects the key mechanism,determines the movement track of the pickup roller and the crushing factors that affect the crushing effect.Using simulation software to simulate and analyze the main components of the device,the resonance phenomenon is not produced when the device is working,the tool seat on the cutter shaft is analyzed in transient dynamics,the strength of the cutter seat and the stress concentration and the transient impact position are determined,the harmonic response of the frame is analyzed,the reasons for the deformation of the frame are determined,and the device is improved,verify that the device is reasonable.Based on the test factors of the speed of the cutter shaft,the clearance between the cutter and the sieve plate and the aperture of the sieve hole,the orthogonal test was designed with the rate of picking and crushing length as the test index.Using Design-Expert software to analyze and deal with the test results,through regression analysis and response surface analysis to determine the optimal working parameter combination of the branch crushing and returning equipment: the cutter shaft rotational speed 2150r/min,the pick-up roll speed 110r/min,the cutter and the sieve plate clearance 4mm,the sieve hole aperture 35 mm,The net-picking rate was 98.96%,and the rate of crushing length was 90.35%. |
