[Object]:This study through the northeast,northwest of two zone field plot test,the regional differences to explore different biome of matter accumulation and yield of spring corn,the influence of NPK nutrient absorption and accumulation,for different ecological conditions of nutrient supply technical guidance.And on the basis of exploring the density of spring corn canopy biomass,plant nutrient?distribution,accumulation and transportation?,and the influence of the characteristics of the root zone soil nutrient spatial distribution,illustrate the density of plant community aboveground dry matter accumulation and the influence of canopy nutrient accumulation mechanism,through the dense planting of corn canopy nutrient time-space distribution characteristics and to study the distribution of the root zone soil nutrient space,for scientific and rational close planting high yield corn fertilizing measures,implementation of corn festival fat reduction,cast the high-efficient and high-yield cultivation to provide theoretical reference and basis.[Method]:The experiment respectively in xinjiang yili group?NW?71,jilin gongzhuling?NE?two difference remarkable biome,jade before 335 as test material,adopts the unified planting density of 6×104 plants/hm2,mainly varieties,density to deputy district.The density level of yili 71in xinjiang:6×104 plants/hm2,1.2×105 strains/hm2.Determination of spring maize under different ecological zones,the density of different plant dry matter and the content of N,P,K,and the root zone soil nutrient distribution characteristics,study different biome spring corn N,P,K nutrient uptake characteristics,the analysis of the distribution of the canopy nutrients under different density difference.[Result]?1?The same planting density of spring corn in different regions of the same variety of nutrients absorption characteristics comparison shows that the northwest?NW?spring corn grain yield was significantly higher than that of North-East?NE?,the entire northwest of reproductive period of spring corn n,p,k nutrient accumulation were significantly higher than that of the northeast,northwest higher dry matter accumulation,in the northwest of spring corn nutrient accumulation during the reproductive period were significantly higher than that of northeast area.It is found that the nitrogen production efficiency of spring maize in northwest China is higher than that of northeast China,which is a direct evidence of high yield and high efficiency of nitrogen fertilizer.Northwest of spring corn nitrogen harvest index also relatively high in northeast China,northwest of spring corn n to the grain transport ability is strong northeast,emphasizing the ecosystem in the region of nitrogen balance issue.The yield efficiency and yield index of potassium were lower in northwest China than in northeast China.Two biome spring corn k quantity is consistent,because the soil potassium content is higher than that of the northeast,northwest considering the demand of material production and soil potassium,northeast topdressing potassium fertilizer should be appropriate.?2?The planting density significantly affected unit land area in leaf and stem dry matter accumulation,analysis the xinjiang ili 71 regiment 120000 strains of spring corn/hm2 60000plants/hm2 planting density under the canopy leaf and stem dry matter accumulation characteristics,the xinjiang spring corn canopy leaf and stem dry matter of 120000 plants/hm2 is higher than 60000 plants/hm2,reasonable planting density in increased canopy nutrient accumulation,increase production.?3?In 120000 plants/hm2 corn plant leaf and stem of dry matter,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium of traffic and transport nutrients in grain industry,n,p,k nutrients were significantly higher than that of 60000 plants/hm2,turn the traffic,the contribution rate of seed reached extremely significant difference.The results of this study indicate that high nitrogen and phosphorous potassium transfer volume is the reason of high grain yield in high-density planting and the key factor of high yield in high-density planting of spring maize.
