In this study, the life history of resting eggs of A.parthenogenetica Aibi Lake cypress in different freezing time from 2013 to 2016 was studied, including the investigation of hatching characteristics, sexual maturation time, average life span, and reproductive status. The experimental results showed that the highest hatching rate in 2015;the average hatching efficiency in 2013 was the highest, which was close to 2015;the highest hatching output in 2015 close to 2013.The synchronicity of the hatching speed for the three-year period from 2014-2016 is all 5-6h,and the worst in 2013 is 7h.The different freezing time had significant effects on hatching rate, hatching efficiency, hatching yield and hatching speed of resting eggs of A.parthenogenetica Aibi Lake(P<0.05).Due to the fact that the year 2014 of A.parthenogenetica Aibi Lake was affected by the water content and incubation time, and the year of 2016 was the cause of the unprocessed wet eggs in the year, the significant difference between the two years was caused, but it can still be seen that the appropriate preservation time can be Increase the hatching rate of resting eggs of A.parthenogenetica Aibi Lake. There was no significant difference in the individual maturation time of the four-year A.parthenogenetica Aibi Lake. The average maturation time ranged from 19 to 21 days, with no significant difference(P>0.05).However,there was an increasing trend from 2013 to 2016;The average lifespan of A.parthenogenetica Aibi Lake was between 85.6 and 90.9 days, with no significant difference(P>0.05).The average life span in 2013 was the highest. This shows that cryopreservation at appropriate times helps to shorten the sexual maturation time and increase the average lifespan of A.parthenogenetica Aibi Lake. The number of reproductions between the four-year-old A.parthenogenetica Aibi Lake individuals varied greatly and fluctuate significantly. The average number of reproductions of A.parthenogenetica Aibi Lake in 2013 was 12.70,and there was no significant difference between the four years(P>0.05).However,the A.parthenogenetica Aibi Lake stored for 2-3 years were relative to their shelf life of 0-1 years. The average number of times of spawning(larvae)is higher;the breeding interval of the four-year-old A.parthenogenetica Aibi Lake is relatively small, and the basic guarantee is between 5 and 8 days. The average breeding interval of A.parthenogenetica Aibi Lake in 2015 is 5.79 d,which is not significant in four years(P>0.05)and there is no regularity in time and order;the reproductive numbers of A.parthenogenetica Aibi Lake borealis in the four-year period vary greatly among individuals. The total breeding population of A.parthenogenetica Aibi Lake only is between 0-964 ind.In 2014,the average breeding number of A.parthenogenetica Aibi Lake was 590.34 ind. There was no significant difference in four years(P>0.05),but it was generally higher in 2014 and 2013 than in 2015 and 2016.The ratio of oviposition of the four-year-old A.parthenogenetica Aibi Lake was greater than that of the ovum, and the largest oviparous proportion of A.parthenogenetica Aibi Lake in 2013 was 61.5%.The proportion of oviparous eggs decreased from 2013 to 2016.It can be concluded that the appropriate number of years of preservation can increase the number of reproductions, breeding numbers, and oviparous proportions of A.parthenogenetica Aibi Lake, but it has no significant effect on breeding intervals.
