Wetland lays a very important role on carbon cycle and global climate change. The research on wetland carbon flux is a key of wetland carbon cycle. Now ,it is less studied in desert ecosystem, directly influnce the local and regional carbon budgets. In this study, we measured soil respiration and associated biophysical factors by using the LI-8100 CO2 efflux system. The corraltions between the respiration of soil in different period resumed wetlands and the soil factors and enviromental factors are analyze, and some results ware found. The relation between the soil respiration and underground water are prominent, suitable for Cubic model curve. The relation between carbon flux of soil and air temperature and air temperature near the ground surface ,ground surface temperature become correlated, suitable for Exponent models curve. The action mechanism of temerature and groundwater in arid areas wetlands needs to be further researched.Soil respiration is an important process in the ecosystem carbon cycle, it has been extensive and in-depth study in recent years. This paper determined to diurnal variation of soil resipiration restore reed wetland in Aibi lake, analysis of soil temperature, humidity and air temperature, air relative humidity and temperature variation on the rate of soil respiration. The results showed that: the response on air temperature, soil respiration rate was better than the response to soil temperature, while soil moisture will increase / decrease a certain degree of inhibition / stimulation of soil respiration rate. Curve fitting showed that soil respiration rate is increasing in the company of atmospheric temperature.
