In recent years,China's modern agricultural technology has developed rapidly,its technical level in electromechanical intelligence has been gradually improved.The development of intelligent technology in agricultural equipment has increased the agricultural productivity.The research on the intelligence of combine harvester started late in domestic,and there still are some problems such as backward technology and insufficient innovation ability in the fault monitoring and information transmission of combine harvester.In the working environment of the combine harvester,the fault situation is frequently happened and running state is difficult to get.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the monitoring of combine harvester.According to the working process and running state of combine harvester,the scheme of wireless monitoring system for combine harvester in working condition is presented.The monitoring system adopts distributed mode,airborne controller receive data which is send by data acquisition node through the wireless transmission module.The hardware design of wireless monitoring system of combine harvester is completed,including speed signal acquisition node,vibration signal acquisition node and image acquisition node.Speed signal acquisition node chooses STM32F103ZET6 embedded chip processor,using DHT11 sensor to get data in granary,hall sensor to collect roller speed,forward speed,the laser ranging module to measured cutting height;DSP28335 control chip was selected for the vibration signal acquisition node,and vibration signal of the cockpit was collected through acceleration sensor.Image acquisition node adopts MT7628 of mediatek,and collects on-site image data through USB camera.The airborne controller adopts the ITOP4412 development board,carries out interface display and man-machine interaction through the 7-inch touch screen.Wireless data transmission is realized by using ESP8266 wireless transmission module.This paper studies the software design of wireless monitoring system of combine harvester.Including the transplation of UCOSIII to implement multi-task which collect speed,temperature,humidity,distance data;The vibration signal acquisition node using FPU of DSP to perform FFT transformation on the three-axis vibraiton data.,and then the signal characteristic value is extracted and uploaded to the onboard controller.Image acquisition node carries out image data acquisition programming by transplanting OpenWRT embedded system,and compresses image data into JPG format and sends it to the airborne controller through the established TCP connection.The airborne controller completes the Qt graphical user interface by porting Linux Qt system.Finally,the paper presents the functional test results under the experimental conditions which show that the system meets the expected design requirements.
